Orel takes a part time job at Mr. Figurelli's store to earn some extra money. After hearing a sermon on charity, he decides to give it to a homeless man. He returns the favor with crack cocaine, which Orel believes would be a sin to waste.
Tropes present:
- Corrupt Corporate Executive: Mr. Figurelli's ecstatic at getting an employee with no union protections and pays Orel 25 cents on the hour.
- Descent into Addiction: After Orel smokes crack, he gradually becomes more irritable and aggressive. His complexion also gets worse, with hideous bags under his eyes and unkempt hair to match.
- Flat "What": This is Clay's reaction when he learns that Orel gave his money away.
- Instant Taste Addiction: As soon as Orel smokes crack, he's running to his dealer to get more.
