Title: The Party (Season Finale)
Release date: May 12, 2017

After canceling their party after Death declines their invitation, Chris and Ian decide to un-cancel it when they hear that Vince and Zach's boss will be there. Meanwhile, Snowball visits Emery's castle to record an episode of his podcast.

Tropes:

  • Absurdly-Long Limousine: Keegan Kubrick owns one with a built-in bowling alley.
  • Awesome, but Impractical: Playing bowling in a limo sounds cool on paper, but having bowling pins that could easily be knocked over in a moving vehicle makes it hard to keep track of the score.
  • Busman's Vocabulary: The announcer of the 28th Legondo World Martial Arts Tournament prefaces his complaint about losing a game of Never Have I Ever with "ladies and gentlemen" as he does when announcing the fights.
  • The Cameo: Forrest Whaley and Sean Willets show up to Chris and Ian's party dressed as Batman and Robin due to the latter thinking it's a costume party.
  • Frothy Mugs of Water: Chris and Ian have "ambiguous drinks" by their sides when relaxing on the roof and they even serve them at the party.
  • Half-Dressed Cartoon Animal: Keegan Kubrick is a faun that wears a shirt and tuxedo jacket, but no pants. This is lampshaded by Chris and Ian.
    Chris: He's not wearing pants.
Ian: I know. What a power move!
  • Laugh Track: One is used in the sitcom-style opening until Genevieve points out to Chris and Ian that the diner they're eating at is infested with studio audiences.
  • Once Done, Never Forgotten: The fighters of the 28th Legondo World Martial Arts Tournament tease the announcer at the party:
Renzu: Never have I ever been trapped in...a room full of bombs.
[the fighters stare at the announcer]
    Announcer: Oh, come on!
Slar: Ha ha! Now you have to eat another muffin!
Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, this game is becoming increasingly unfair!
  • Punctuated Pounding: Monty says "I! Hate! PODCASTS!" while stomping on Emery's phone and kicking the microphone when he tries to stop Emery from researching Ollie Valley during Snowball's podcast.
  • Shout-Out:
  • The Stinger: After the credits, there's a scene where Genevieve tries to interview Vince about Chris and Ian's roof collapsing, but Vince is too nervous to answer.
  • Terrible Artist: Ian declares Billy Mosh's Talent-Fit workout DVDs a ripoff because they were supposed to strengthen his artistic abilities as well as his muscles, which wasn't the case with the former, as evidenced by a poorly-drawn picture of a bird.
