- Birthday Episode: The episode takes place on Snowball's (and Damian's) birthday.
- Neck Lift: During a flashback when Chris tried to repair Chip, said security robot strangled Ian. He ended up with a compressed neck and had to wear a neck brace for 2 weeks, on the week of his trumpet final, no less.
- Palette Swap: Most of the gang from the alternate universe are basically recolors of the original gang, with the only exceptions being Wilkins, who has a different style of wig, and Damian, who replaces Snowball entirely.
- Teleportation Misfire: Snowball ends up being teleported to an Alternate Universe instead of Chris and Ian's living room after an accident when Jack tries to repair Chip.
