Milo and Elliot get to drive in a safety guide car for a charity race, and thanks to Murphy's Law, they take the race through the entire town.
Tropes:
- Everyone Has Standards: Elliot backs off on trying to remove Milo from the stadium because it's Diogee's first race and he doesn't want to disappoint a dog.
- Insistent Terminology: Elliot insists on calling the Pace Car a "Safety Car".
- Produce Pelting: Zack's awkward attempt to take over announcing when the race leaves the stadium is met with a hail of rotten fruits and vegetables. Zack even wonders where they're getting it all; it turns out Bradley is in the stadium, selling "expired vegetables to throw at lame announcers".
- Status Quo Is God: Just when Elliot seems to be learning to love life, a fallen license plate stubbing his toe causes him to relapse back to his paranoid state.
