Dethklok get into the brutal world of haute couture fashion and go on diets.
- Bears Are Bad News: Polar bears are kept in cages during the Dethfashion Show. Once they're released, they begin mauling anybody within range.
- Blade Below the Shoulder: A model has two gloves with wrist-mounted, shoulder-length blades. When she gets her leg bitten off by the crocodile, the left blade flies into the electric eel tank. As she falls off stage, her right blade slices an audience member in half.
- Brick Joke: Murderface refuses to eat anything that "looks like a dick." When the band is eating in the closet and they turn the lights on, he's eating a sausage.
- By the Lights of Their Eyes: The band cheats on their diet by going into the closet to eat junk food. Their only visible parts are their eyes.
- Denied Food as Punishment: Played for horror. Erich von Wiechlinghammer once starved 57 fashion models to death. At one point he formed an apocalypse cult where he and his cultists would not only wait out the apocalypse, but be forbidden to eat.
- Disaster Dominoes: The model getting eaten by the crocodile flings a blade that shatters the electric eel tank. The water from the tank soaks a power box, which releases the polar bears.
- Even Evil Has Standards: Dethklok may be the most brutal metal band ever, but seeing people being cut up, flayed and skinned alive is too much even for them.
- Genuine Human Hide: The secret to Erich von Wiechlinghammer's "special leather" is skin ripped from still living victims. The sight of it makes the band scream in horror.
- Half the Man He Used to Be: An audience member gets sliced in half vertically by a blade.
- Have I Mentioned I Am Heterosexual Today?: Murderface insists that just because Dethklok is getting into fashion, he's not gay. He also refuses to eat any phallic-shaped food like hot dogs, bananas, or sausages, even if they're chopped up.
- Literal Metaphor: Nathan plans on making the most metal clothes, in both the literal and figurative senses.
- Never Smile at a Crocodile: A gator starts the chaos at the fashion show by biting the leg off of the model next to it. It proceeds to continue eating her afterwards.
- Nutritional Nightmare: The band's idea for a diet is to have one huge meal for the day and popsicles for snacks. It backfires horribly and they all gain 20 pounds, including Toki. Murderface is also wearing out the enamel on his teeth by purging his food, then eating again afterwards.
- No Ending: The episode simply ends as the band discovers the horrifying truth about Wiechlinghamner's resources, with Nathan offhandedly firing him.
- Screaming at Squick: The band is reduced to screaming at the sight of von Wiechlinghamner's "special leather," with Nathan only stopping long enough to say "You're fired." before going back to screaming.
