Lan's new PET is ready to go, but needs to be initialized. To complicate things, Dark Proto Man comes in to destroy it.
- Call-Back: Star Man says he knows the emblem is the weak point when battling a cross fusion entity. A reference to how Lan defeated Misaki and got his own PET damaged two episodes ago which led to him getting the new PET in the first place.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Barring one hit from Star Man's meteor attack, the battle is largely in Lan's favor thanks to the PET 2.
- Killed Off for Real: Star Man is deleted.
- Superpower Lottery: Courtesy of the PET 2, Lan's movement speed, attack, and jump height are greatly increased, along with damage healing, and instant chip processing speed.
