A Darkloid is growing cyber plants within computer systems causing them to become unresponsive and holding NetNavis hostage. Familiar faces return to assist Lan and MegaMan

- He's Back!: While recuperating from an attack by PlantMan, Mr. Famous is able to bring back FireMan
- Killed Off for Real:
- PlantMan is deleted in the same episode he was introduced in.
- Due to the damage he sustained from PlantMan's earlier attack and resurrecting as FireMan, HeatMan is gone.
- Playing with Fire: MegaMan gains Fire Soul and with FireMan's help, unleashes a double Fire Arm on PlantMan.
