2010 to 2019
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2010 — Hosted by Beginner's Luck. This started as a 30th anniversary celebration but later explores alternate history in which the hunt has been going for 300 years.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2011 — Hosted by Metaphysical Plant. Mario must rescue Princess Peach again but must venture to several different video game worlds to do so.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2012 — Hosted by Codex. Based on musical theatre, in particular The Producers.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2013 — Hosted by Manic Sages. Based on a bank heist. This hunt has ran the longest of all the hunts.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2014 — Hosted by Alice Shrugged. Based on Alice in Wonderland.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2015 — Hosted by One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish. Based on ocean exploration.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2016 — Hosted by Luck, I Am Your Father. Premise started as a dog show but later shifted to be based on sleep with themes similar to that from Inception.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2017 — Hosted by Setec Astronomy. Based on role playing games.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2018 — Hosted by Life and Order. Based on Inside Out.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2019 — Hosted by Setec Astronomy. Based on holidays with characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

- MIT Mystery Hunt 2020 — Hosted by Left Out and based on reviving a theme park.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2021 — Hosted by Galactic Trendsetters and based on an alternate universe version of MIT.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2022 — Hosted by palindrome and based on Literature.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2023 — Hosted by teammate and based on the puzzle creation and artificial intelligence.
- MIT Mystery Hunt 2024 — Hosted by ttbnl and based on Classical Mythology.
