Bo, Kenzi, and Dyson go under cover at a camp for troubled teens to investigate a rash of killings.
- Beware the Nice Ones: Sweet gentle Lauren of all people knows how to make pipe-bombs.
- Book Dumb: Kenzi, after letting Bo fall in front of the others, says she's their new Che Guevara. When challenged, she says he's a t-shirt designer for angry youth.
- Came Back Wrong: Bo may not have died, but Kenzi is still worried the Dawning changed her. Lauren convinced she's still Bo.
- Dark and Troubled Past: Both Bo's and Kenzi's come in handy here, letting them talk to the kids. Bo, posing as a counselor, truthfully says that, yes, she has stabbed someone. Kenzi, meanwhile, has no trouble passing as a juvenile delinquent.
- Drowning My Sorrows: Lauren and Dyson share some drinks at the Dal, commiserating over the fact that Bo really is the love of their lives and they'll never be able to get over her.
- The Gadfly: Kenzi needles Dyson about how wolves are lame and kind of girly in front of the other delinquents.Dyson: I think you protest too much. I think you love wolves.
Kenzi: Wolves wish I loved them.
Kid: Enough with the weird wolf talk! - I Will Punish Your Friend for Your Failure: Because Tamsin doesn't want to go through with kidnapping Bo... she gets a package in the mail. The Bo-controlling potion she threw away and her friend's severed hand.
- If You're So Evil, Eat This Kitten!: The other kids at the camp challenge Kenzi to prove she's not a narc. She easily answers questions about some low level crimes, then adds to her bona fides by turning the tables on the teens.
- Interrupted Intimacy: The two teens in the cold open. One of them dies... screaming.
- Make Up or Break Up: We don't know if Lauren and Bo's break will be for good.
- The Mole: Turns out Tamsin is working for the Wanderer (whoever that is), who wants Bo, for some reason.
- Self-Deprecation: The MOTW is basically a dude in a puppet costume. Bo calls it "a dude in a puppet costume." Kenzi mangles the name as "ticklebane".
- Soft Glass: Dyson jumps through a window. No harm no foul.
- Summer Campy: 'Bout time this show got around to it.
- Take a Third Option: When Kenzi turns the If You're So Evil, Eat This Kitten! test around on the other kids, one of them tries to do this. Kenzi challenges him to answer what he'd take when stealing a Jag and the cops are close enough to hear the sirens: the car or the parts? Kid: Both. Kenzi: Trick question, the market's been cold on British imports; why steal a ton of metal you can't move? Go domestic or go home.

Tear Jerker: Lauren finally asks for some respite for the hell her life's been the last few years, and that means taking a break from Bo. Bo agrees, unconditionally. Then turns at the door and, with tears in her eyes, asks:Bo: This is just a break... right?
