"You're out getting good with your pals the other night…"

The Hicks are drinking at MoDean's, and Dan's complaining about how he hasn't got laid in ages. Gail says that his luck might change soon- it's nearly spring break, and all the girls who went away for college will be back. She decides to make it a bet: whichever Hick gets laid first gets $50 off his bar tab. Dan and Daryl are in, but Wayne isn't into it. Gail then tells a story about how she hooked up with a younger guy who may have been her second cousin, and we get the credits.

At the hockey rink, Reilly and Jonesy are switching between admiring the girls in the stands and wondering why Katy never comes to watch them play. At Wayne and Katy's house, Daryl and Dan are excited for the first Thirsty Thursday of the month, but Wayne's more excited about playing Buck Hunter. Outside the house, Reilly and Jonesy lament how bad their record is- their team, the Letterkenny Shamrocks, have lost ten games in a row. They insult their fellow players, and then Katy shows up. They ask why she never comes to see them play, and she says it's because they're terrible players. The boys rebut that they're not terrible, their teammates are terrible, and Katy just asks, if that's the case, how come they actually play and Reilly and Jonesy never do? The boys realise that she's onto something, and ask if she'd come watch a game if they actually played, which is a yes.

Back at the hockey rink, Reilly and Jonesy talk to the Coach, and ask why they never play. Coach says it's because they're poseurs- they don't care about hockey, they just like the lifestyle. If they want to play, they need to actually take it seriously and get in shape. Reilly and Jonesy accept this, but Coach obviously doesn't think anything will come of it.

At MoDean's, Daryl notices an attractive girl nearby. The Hicks and Gail discuss both the girl and the Ginger and Boots, and Wayne tells Daryl that the girl's definitely interested in him, explaining her method of flirtation. Daryl says he'll go talk to her, but after a couple of beers first. At the hockey rink, Reilly and Jonesy discuss their workout program, with some input from their teammate, Shoresy.

Night 2 at MoDean's: McMurray insists on telling Wayne all about Angie's new boyfriend, despite Wayne obviously not wanting to hear it. A random woman offers Wayne a handjob in the parking lot, but he doesn't take up the offer. Back at the bar, Dan and Daryl discuss another attractive woman, who squeezes past Dan's chair. Wayne points out that the woman is obviously attracted to Dan and explains her method of flirtation, and encourages Dan to go talk to her. Dan says he will, but after a few drinks.

Back at the hockey rink, Reilly and Jonesy are eating and watching a recording of a hockey match when they're joined by Katy. They tell her about their exercises and ask if she wants to watch; she agrees and, after a while of watching them exercise, gets them to take their shirts off. They ask if she'll come watch them play, and she agrees.

Night 3 at MoDean's: a young woman named Jessica introduces herself to Wayne and very obviously propositions him; after explaining her method of flirtation, Wayne follows her, but sees Angie's name on the MoDean's shift schedule and decides to leave instead.

At the hockey rink, Reilly and Jonesy are playing in the match and Katy has come to watch them play. However, their delight at being praised by Coach quickly turns to dismay when Shoresy and another teammate start objectifying Katy. Back at MoDean's, the Hicks are almost passed out on the bar, and nobody got laid, though Katy and Gail are under the mistaken belief that Wayne actually did sleep with Jessica.

Reilly and Jonesy turn up and ask Katy not to come watch the games anymore because she distracts their teammates. Katy is obviously angry and tells them that in that case, she'll be sleeping with their teammates from now on; Reilly and Jonesy object, saying they called dibs, leaving the Hicks to clean up the bar.
