When Tasha Wright (Keke Palmer) and her baby sister, Lola end up in the hospital after getting accidentally hit by a car, SVU discovers that the girls were abducted from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina by a pedophile along with a third sister, Nicki, who is still missing.
During the case, the detectives face interference from reporter Jackson Zane (Matthew Settle), but with Jackson's help, they are able to catch the pedophile, Alvin Dutch (Russell Hornsby) & rescue Nicki.
However, things takes a turn when Dutch dies from anthrax and SVU is removed from the case. Olivia makes a risky move to inform the public about the anthrax, putting her job at risk.
