A violent serial rapist strikes once more after several years of inactivity. When SVU is called in to investigate, Stone learns that the rapist is the same one that his father Ben had been chasing for several years back when Stone was a child. Meanwhile, Noah continues to have behavioral issues and benson calls in help from Stone, who finally gets to the root of the problem.
