While SVU is attending Munch's retirement party, Sarah Walsh, a previous SVU victim, wakes up from a night of partying and believes she has been raped...again. In shock, she calls Benson, who handled her previous rape case, for help. Although initially believing that her previous attacker, who had been acquitted, had struck again; it is soon revealed that a smooth-talking cyber mogul is the new attacker and that he already has three other victims under his belt.

Tropes

  • Alice Allusion: An Alice in Wonderland-themed speakeasy is found in a water tower.
  • Contrived Coincidence: Cameron Tyler being in Sarah's apartment as a "friend" is this just as SVU finds he was carrying her passed out body from the speakeasy.
  • Creepy Souvenir: Cameron had kept the earrings he ripped from his victims as his trophies.
  • Explain, Explain... Oh, Crap!: Benson and Rollins explain to Nicole that she was raped by Cameron.
  • Fake Pregnancy: Nicole fakes saying she's pregnant to get Cameron to confess to raping her.
  • Get Out!: Sarah kicks Benson and Amaro from her apartment when it looks like it was another rapist and not Michael Wedmore who did it to her.
  • Mama Didn't Raise No Criminal: Michael Wedmore's mother is convinced SVU tried to frame her son in Season 13 and that Sarah lied about him raping her.
  • Not Me This Time: Michael Wedmore, Sarah's previous rapist, was nowhere near her when she was raped.
