The exclamation of a French teenager on a flight home leads Detectives to a possible sexual abuse and sex trafficking case against a famous billionaire (Colm Feore). However, the case goes awry when the client involves his lawyer and his "girlfriend" is revealed to possibly be in on it.
Tropes
- Blatant Lies: Jordan Hayes, after being accused of rape by a 12-year-old girl, tries to claim that she raped him.
- Compensating for Something: Stabler and another criminal joke about Hayes's wealth and mansion compensating for his small dick. Stabler also asks if that's why he goes after little girls.
- Downer Ending: Hayes manages to get himself the least severe sentence possible in a "Federal country club" prison whilst his girlfriend, who is revealed as a victim of his abuse who was manipulated and brainwashed into helping him, is abandoned and left emotionally broken as she faces life in a maximum security prison for assisting him.
- Karma Houdini: Zig-zagged. Hayes does go to prison, but he's able to leverage his connections to get the case tried Federally, leaving him facing less serious charges that will get him a relatively light sentence in a minimum security Luxury Prison Suite rather than the up to 80 years in maximum security he was facing previously.
- Refuge in Audacity: Jordan Hayes, the billionaire child molester who accused a twelve-year-old girl of rape, surely qualifies. He's shocked that the detectives don't appear to take his case seriously.
- Shout-Out: In the Brazilian dub, Jordan Hayes is called "Uncle Scrooge" instead of "moneybags".
- Teeny Weenie: Hayes is mocked by Stabler and another criminal for having a small dick, which leads to Hayes attacking the other criminal in the holding cell.
