Robert Silas decides to turn himself in, but complications arise when the mob tries to silence him.

- Not So Above It All: Whelan gives Bell the gift box of sage to burn to cleanse her new office. After telling Lillian she wasn't taking the position, she starts to burn the sage around the OCCB office. Stabler first scoffs at the idea (commenting that he didn't know Whelan was such a hippie), but then he tells Bell to go around his desk twice.
- Prisoner Exchange: After threatening to kill the real ADA, the OCCB plan a prisoner swap, him for Robert. But they faked the swap to rescue the ADA.
- Refusal of the Call: At the end of the episode, Bell decides not to take the position, keeping the OCCB alive and together.
