From Floors 7 to 10, Sora can choose to visit Atlantica, Neverland, the 100 Acre Wood, and Hollow Bastion in any order. This is assuming he's visiting them in the order he does in the first game.
Sora returns to the 100-Acre Wood, where he finds Winnie the Pooh in front of his house. The bear says that he's looking for his friends. Sora, knowing all too well how that feels, decides to help him. Along the way, they find a hill, where Pooh is hit by a rolling pumpkin. It turns out that the pumpkin came from Rabbit, who asks Sora to help him sort his vegetables. After assisting him, Sora earns a reward and heads onward.
Next, Sora and Pooh find some balloons tied to a log. They use them to float up to the top of a tree, where they meet Owl. Sora considers using the balloons to look for Pooh's friends from above, but Owl points out that it may not be easy for them to get back down, so he decides against it. With some encouragement and a gift from Owl, the two of them continue onward.
Next they find Tigger in a forest. He asks Sora to bounce with him for a while, after which he shows off his solo bouncing skills before leaving. He drops something but decides to let Sora keep it.
After that, they find a blustery hole. After jumping in, the wind blows them high up into the sky. After some skydiving, they crash-land into a nearby brush, where they find Roo, who was waiting for Tigger so they could play together in the wind. At Sora's urging, Roo goes to find him, but not before giving him a reward.
In a nearby forest clearing, the two of them find Eeyore, who has lost his tail again. Pooh gets distracted by a nearby tree full of honey. Sora helps him chase off some bees, but they chase Pooh until he accidentally slams into the tree. The impact causes something to fall down. It turns out to be Eeyore's tail. He thanks Pooh, but when the bear says it was an accident, Eeyore says that no one would ever help him on purpose. He gives Sora something that fell down with the tail before Sora and Pooh continue.
They find themselves in a clearing, where Pooh thanks Sora for his help by giving him a gift. Pooh comments that he wishes he had some honey before Sora takes his leave.
Returning to Castle Oblivion, Riku is nowhere to be seen. While Sora and the gang continue, Axel and Larxene are asking Vexen where Riku went, much to his annoyance. Larxene taunts Vexen over not having a heart, but he replies by reminding her that she doesn't either. Their argument is interrupted by the arrival of the Organization member who led Sora into the castle. He removes his hood, and his name is revealed to be Marluxia. He chides Vexen for the failure of his project. Vexen retorts by reminding him that he is only ranked 11th in the Organization, whereas Vexen himself is 4th, thus giving him seniority. However, Marluxia in turn reminds Vexen that he was given authority over Castle Oblivion and Naminé by the Organization's leader, meaning that if Vexen were to defy his orders, it would be treason. In a statement that is likely aimed at Larxene just as much as Vexen himself, Axel says that traitors must be eliminated. When Larxene and Marluxia mock Vexen, he insists that he's much stronger than they give him credit for. Marluxia decides to give him one more chance to prove himself. After Vexen vanishes, Axel warns Marluxia that egging him on like that may push Vexen to try and eliminate Sora. Marluxia walks over to Naminé, who was in the room the whole time, and tells her that Sora made a promise to her. She confirms his statement, but she seems hesitant.
Meanwhile, Sora, Donald, and Goofy have made it all the way to the 10th floor. Jiminy tells Sora they should turn back before they lose any more memories, but Sora says that he can't, because he made a promise to protect Naminé when he was little. Sora says that he forgot all about the promise and that he only just remembered it. Jiminy understands and doesn't protest anymore. They continue ever onward, hoping to fulfill Sora's promise...
