Satsuki reveals she has her own Kamui and decides to put it on to test it against Ryuko.

- Badass Boast: Satsuki gives one while putting on Junketsu. What makes it even more impressive is that Junketsu is trying to devour her while she says it, yet she uses her iron will to keep it from dominating her.Satsuki: Hold your tongues and watch! Ask not the sparrow how the eagle soars! You aspire to nothing more than the shallow thoughts of commoners. I will not allow anyone to beat me in my own ambition! My will is absolute! A Kamui is just clothing, and I shall make it bow to my will!
- "Eureka!" Moment: Thanks to Mako, and by extension Satsuki, Ryuko accepts her odd look while wearing Senketsu, and having him worn by her, allowing her to wield his full power.
- I Can Live With That: Ryuko insults Satsuki for maintaining her pride while showing herself in the Stripperiffic Junketsu. Satsuki counters that as long as her intentions are pure, she doesn't care how she looks.
- Ironic Name: Ryuko lampshades the irony of a supposed egotistical maniac like Satsuki naming her Kamui "Junketsu", which translates to "Purity".
- Rousing Speech: Mako's words about Ryuko tossing away her embarrassment to "get naked". What Satsuki views as nonsense, Ryuko takes it as inspiration.
- Shameless Fanservice Girl: Satsuki strips naked in front of her butlers in order to put on Junketsu.
- This Means War!: Ryuko vows to tear down the academy's system before facing Satsuki again to find out why her father was murdered. Satsuki accepts.
- You Can't Thwart Stage One: After Ryuko finally gets over her embarrassment and is able to fight fully with Senketsu, she puts up a much better fight against Satsuki. Ultimately, however, she's realizes she's not strong enough (not helped by having consumed most of her stamina and blood supply by that point) but vows she'll get stronger and beat whomever Satsuki throws her way to challenge her again.
- You Were Trying Too Hard: Sorta, Ryuko can't really tap into Senketsu's power because she's feels too embarrassed of her battle outfit requiring him to drink more of her blood to just stand against Satsuki. Once Ryuko realizes that if she doesn't think of Senketsu as clothing but rather someone to fight with. He's only able to take a little blood while empowering Ryuko to her full potential. As Senketsu puts it, Ryuko has to wear him, and he must be "worn by her". In short, they have to come to an understanding and fight as one.
