Rosa tries to push the sled down the hill and hears Olga talking to someone in her house. Rosa comes to her house but finds no one and asks who she is talking to. Olga replies that she is by herself. Rosa offers to talk to her, but she refuses and says she is busy. Rosa goes to Carlin, tells him about what happened, and asks him to do something because it's not normal to talk to yourself.

Carlin goes to Olga and starts talking to herself on the way. On the way, he meets Dokko but does not pay attention to his words, continuing to conduct his monologue. In Olga's house, Carlin sits down at the table and asks the hostess if she sometimes feels that friends and relatives are around her, but there is no one to talk to. Olga replies that she has never thought about it. Carlin says that everyone has closed up in their shells while there are problems of universal scale. Dokko comes to the house and complains of heartburn due to the jam. Olga believes that he has heartburn from sitting at the computer for too long. Dokko, Olga, and Carlin continue to talk to each other. Carlin believes that they talk, but they don't hear each other, so they need to spend more effort on understanding each other, and not to try to reach each other.

Rosa is again trying to push the sled down the hill when Carlin, Dokko, and Olga pass by her. Carlin talks about the climate, Olga about diseases, and Dokko about transistors. Leaving, Carlin tells Rosa that there are only monologues in the world. They have always been and always will be, and the climate will change yet.
