Pin disassembles the slot machine and talks to Wally, who is in a depressed state. He invites him to look at everything in detail, and then he will see that everything is not so bad in the world.
Wally begins to comment on his actions and the actions of his friends in his depressed manner. He reaches Barry's house, where Krash, Chiko, and Barry, under the guidance of Carlin, are trying to put the tank on supports. Barry gets distracted by Wally, and the tanker rolls down and destroys Barry's house.
Pin explains to Wally that he comments as if it doesn't concern him, as if it's sad and boring. He should speak as if it concerns him, even if it does not. Wally begins to comment on the actions of his friends cheerfully and fervently as a football commentator. Under his comments, Olga manages to thread the needle, although after that, Wally pulls it out again. He comments over the loudspeaker as Krash, Barry, and Chiko put the tank on the supports, and they really manage to do it, though while they were rocking Wally, the tank rolls off the supports. In the evening, Wally walks past Pin's house and sees him being inundated with a pile of carrots from a slot machine. He happily comments on this and announces the end of the report.
