While writing his poetry, Wally eats all the apples from the bowl and decides to pluck one from the top of the tree he was sitting around. When he almost reaches his goal, Krash and Chiko call out to him asking what he's doing so high up. His acrophobia returns and causes him to fall from a tree, breaking Krash's bench in the process.
Carlin decides to cure his friend's fear of heights with the help of hypnosis. He tells Wally that from now on, he will live "a high life". The hypnosis works, and Wally drastically changes in character. He stops being afraid of heights, but suddenly becomes arrogant and self-satisfied, and writes poetry in French. Although Carlin thinks he did a good job, Krash and Chiko do not accept this, claiming that this isn't Wally they know. Wally himself eventually comes to this conclusion as well, and asks Carlin to bring him back to his old self so that he can forget all of this. Carlin agrees and conducts a new hypnosis session, returning Wally to the way he used to be.

- The End... Or Is It?: After Wally is brought back to his former self, Krash asks him what the capital of Burundi is. Wally can't say anything to this, but while his friends are overjoyed to see their old friend being brought back to normal, he does give the correct answer, hinting that the hypnosis didn't fully work on him.
