...Swartz's final objective is coming into focus.
Geiz has been trapped in the Another World and none other than White Woz has reappeared in his place, surprising Sougo and the others! White Woz starts to set his own unique plan into action, however... Meanwhile, Swartz was able to create "an impossible world" known as Another World, one that in turn possesses the ability to revive Dark Riders! Swartz's plan slowly starts to near its completion, as Michal Minato, the Rider who came from the future, after squeezing out the last bits of courage given to him by OOO, starts to ready himself...
Episode Tropes:
- Call-Back: Once again, White Woz has Sougo use the power of Trinity to save the day, which leads to the former ceasing to exist.
- The Cameo: Yukihiro Osumi from the Den-O arc is used to summon Yuuki as a member of Swartz's Dark Rider army.
- Chekhov's Gag: White Woz's plan is centered on the Zi-O Trinity Ridewatch's ability to transport Geiz and Black Woz to Sougo which had previously been used as a joke in previous episodes. After he had Tsukuyomi and Black Woz transported to the Another World Geiz was trapped in, Sougo used the Zi-O Trinity Ridewatch and was transported to the Another World where Geiz and Black Woz were instead of the opposite way around.
- Curbstomp Battle: Black Woz naturally steamrolls White Woz with GingaFinally.
- And more brutally from Another Decade, who completely demolishes both Aqua and Grand Zi-O with a single Finishing Move, mortally wounding the former and forcing the latter out of his transformation.
- Fake Defector: This episode revealed that Ora murdered Heure last episode to regain her powers to have a chance to murder Swartz. This fails, and Ora dies after getting a roundhouse kick to the face by Another Decade.
- Go Out with a Smile: Comes along with last words. Before disappearing into nothingness, Katsumi thanks Sougo for destroying the Another World and allowing him to finally be with his comrades, while giving him a thumbs up and smiling...Katsumi: Thanks to you, I wiped out the reality where I survived. Now I can finally go to where my comrades are.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: The cause of Swartz's Another World being destroyed was ultimately Swartz summoning White Woz. Despite hailing from a dimension where Geiz succeeds in defeating Zi-O, White Woz still willingly decides to work with Sougo in order to recover Geiz from the Another World, devising a plan that used the powers of Zi-O Trinity and Eternal's Maximum Drive (who was also summoned by Swartz) to break the dimensional barrier of the Another World from the inside out, freeing everyone trapped while erasing those that are summoned, including Katsumi and White Woz himself.
- Internal Reveal: Sougo finally learns that Swartz has been manipulating him to become king since childhood, knowledge that Tsukuyomi and the audience has known since episode 27.
- Killed Off for Real: Ora dies trying to kill Swartz, only to fall victim to his Another Decade form. Michal follows afterwards, killed by Another Decade, but not before Michal reveals Tsukuyomi's true name to Sougo and entrusts the world, and the future, to him.
- Morton's Fork: Swartz gives Sougo a triple-lose scenario: he can either defeat Swartz and use the power of Grand Zi-O to become a noble king at the cost of never seeing Tsukuyomi again, hand his powers over to Swartz, allowing Tsukuyomi to stay but enabling Swartz to Take Over the World, or become Oma Zi-O where he'd be Swartz's Puppet King.
- Say My Name: Sougo has two moments:
- He calls out Michal's name after Swartz delivers the final blow, fatally wounding the future rider.
- He also screams Swartz's name after the Time Jacker has murdered Michal and brushed it off like a mild annoyance.
- Xanatos Gambit: This episode reveals that the entire show thus far has been this for Swartz. Swartz's plan is to steal Sougo's powers at their strongest and thus has been sending the Another Riders to force Sougo to gain the Heisei Riders' powers to strengthen him up. And once Sougo succeeded at gathering all 20 Riders' power, Swartz has been slowly isolating Sougo while strengthening himself. So far he has stolen both Tsukuyomi and Tsukasa's powers and attempted to trap Geiz in Another World.
