Black Woz: As it is written in this book, average high schooler Sougo Tokiwa embarks on a path which leads him to become the overlord of time, Oma Zi-O.
He is confronted by Hiryu Kakogawa, also known as Another Zi-O, whose power is on par with Zi-O's own.
Furthermore, Geiz Myoukouin has obtained the power of Geiz Revive, surpassing even Zi-O II.
Now, with Zi-O and Geiz on the verge of their final battle, the time appears to be at hand for me to enter the fray and become a Kamen Rider.
Oh dear, I suppose this is no time to be reading...

Geiz, who believed that Tsukuyomi caused that accident in the past because of him, decides to renew his confidence in destroying Kamen Rider Zi-O by transforming into Geiz Revive! Meanwhile, Black Woz, who is growing concerned with the increasing confrontation between Sougo and Geiz, approaches Heure for assistance. They seem to be working together in order to devise some sort of plan to prevent it from happening again...

Episode Tropes:

• Combat Pragmatist: Sougo primed his finisher to attack Geiz when Geiz was preparing his own, and while Sougo didn't win, he was able to tie with Geiz Revive Gouretsu.
• Curb-Stomp Battle: Once again Geiz gives plenty as Geiz Revive.
  • Black Woz's attempts to incapacitate him him is futile as Geiz easily crushes his every attempt.
  • Hiryu tries again to defeat Geiz so he can beat Sougo personally and again is easily taken down. The only reason Hiryu still has his powers is because Geiz doesn't care about him.
• Enemy Mine: Black Woz seeks aid from the Time Jackers in order to stop Geiz from defeating Sougo, and while Ora coldly refuses, Heure agrees to help Woz to understand what is going on.
• Exact Words: When Hiryu assaults White Woz and tries to depower him, White Woz writes in his tablet that Kamen Rider Woz's power would return to Woz, causing the Ridewatch to release its power and move towards White Woz, only for Black Woz to intercept and take the powers of Kamen Rider Woz for himself.
  Black Woz: Indeed, the power of Kamen Rider Woz... is in the hands of Woz.
• Forced into Evil: Hiryu imbues random civilians with the powers of the Anotherwatches so that he can defeat Kamen Rider Woz, Geiz Revive, and Zi-O II.
• Not Quite Dead: Tsukuyomi and Tsukasa narrowly avoid dying in the bus explosion by being shunted through one of Decade's dimension walls...into the future where child Sougo first saw the Dai Mazine.
• Once More, with Clarity: So remember last episode when it looked like Tsukuyomi was going to shoot at child Sougo? It turned out she was shooting at Swartz.
• The Only One Allowed to Defeat You: Once again Hiryu and Geiz fight so they can be the one to beat Sougo. Geiz even leaves Hiryu alone after beating him, focusing on Sougo.
• Power at a Price: Much like for Hiiro Kagami initially using Fantasy Gamer Level 50, using the Geiz Revive Ridewatch is physically taxing on Geiz's body each time he uses it as it is far stronger than what Geiz can normally handle.
• Refuge in Audacity: Admit it: it was pretty ballsy for Black Woz to jump right in front of White Woz's face in order to steal the power of Kamen Rider Woz.
• The Reveal: Swartz was behind Zi-O existing in the first place. He was also the one who hijacked the bus and abducted the children there to bring to The Day of Oma, and the one who told Sougo he'll be king someday.
• Wham Line: What is White Woz's response after Geiz reiterates that he doesn't want to be his savior and walks away?
  Woz: Well, I am afraid that you are my savior nonetheless! Incidentally, that salvation may only apply to a certain few... *laughter*
