Black Woz: As it is written in this book, average high schooler Sougo Tokiwa embarks on a path which leads him to become the overlord of time, Oma Zi-O.
Upon becoming Zi-O II, he acquires the ability to alter the nature of the future.
With this, he grants a new power to Geiz: that of Kikai, a Kamen Rider of his creation, setting into motion Geiz's ascension to Geiz Revive.

Another Riders that should have been defeated start to appear again one after another! Furthermore, they're going after the people the Time Jackers contracted them with! Does this mean that whoever is behind this is harnessing the powers of various Another Riders? Sougo, who sets out to investigate this situation, will encounter Another Zi-O, the overseer of the Another Rider's powers! Also, the young man who transforms himself into Another Zi-O seems to be vaguely familiar...
Episode Tropes
- The Cameo: This episode features the return of the human identities of Another Build, Ex-Aid, Fourze/Faiz, and Wizard.
- The Corrupter: Black Woz is subtly starting to act like this. When Sougo admits he's kinda excited over Hiryu Kakogawa's attacks as it gives him a chance to meet Geiz and Tsukuyomi, Sougo realizes it's messed up to think that when Black Woz points it out. Regardless Black Woz is supportive of Sougo's darker instincts.
- Death Glare: Heure glares at Swortz through most of the episode. Justifiably so, after what he was put through in the previous two episodes.
- Disappeared Dad/Missing Mom: It's revealed that Sougo lost both his parents in a bus accident 10 years ago.
- Dreaming of Things to Come: Sougo dreams about fighting Geiz, he's not very happy about it at all.
- Eviler than Thou: This episode fully cements Swartz as the worst of the Time Jackers as both Heure and Ora are shocked at him creating Another Zi-O.
- From Bad to Worse : Having Hiryu Kakogawa possessing the power of all previous Another Riders is bad enough, having him possess the power of Another Zi-O, who has abilities equal to that of Zi-O II is much, much worse.
- Killed Offscreen: While not killed, it's highly implied that the hosts of Another OOO and Another Gaim were attacked by Hiryu/Another Zi-O and are currently in a coma.
- Laser-Guided Amnesia: It's revealed that because of defeating the Another Riders at the year of their creation, the contract hosts have no memories of meeting the Riders due to the changed timeline. This is supported as Sougo tries to reintroduce himself to Hayase, but the latter has no idea who he is.
- Mirror Match: Although Sougo has the powers of Zi-O II at his disposal, Hiryu using the Zi-O Anotherwatch seems to be evenly matched against Zi-O II.
- Power Up Let Down: Geiz tries to use the Geiz Revive Ridewatch in order to combat Another Zi-O, but it fails to respond to Geiz's command, much to White Woz's displeasure.
- Unknown Rival: Hiryu Kakogawa, Another Zi-O is dedicated to defeating Sougo but Sougo has no idea who he is.
