Oh dear, I've read too far ahead again.
Why does Sougo want to become a king in the first place? Sougo starts to tell Tsukuyomi about the continuous dreams he's been having. Just then, a giant event, just like the one in Sougo's dream, suddenly starts to manifest! A giant mecha suddenly appears in the sky! The demonic king's servant from the future, Kasshin suddenly appears! And thanks to Decade's intervention during their fight, Sougo gets blown 50 years into the future!
Episode Tropes:
- Bad Future: More of 2068 is shown as over half the world's population is gone, and everybody is living in poverty.
- Break the Cutie: Sougo has to see everything he tried to work towards unravel in front of him, and at the end, he's seriously contemplating to quit being a Kamen Rider just so the future can be better.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Well "battle" is used very loosely with the Zi-O Vs. Oma Zi-O fight as the former is vastly outclassed by his future counterpart.
- Dreaming of Things to Come: Sougo reveals that when he was young, he used to have dreams about Dai Mazines destroying the world and a mysterious person telling him to become a king to save the world. And guess what happens in this episode? Although, the Time Jackers note that this is happening earlier than expected, and believe that it was their earlier battles against Zi-O that have caused things to speed up.
- Enemy Mine: Kamen Rider Geiz decides to team up with Kamen Rider Decade due to everything that is happening, and that the latter's goal matches his own.
- Mythology Gag: When Sougo uses the RideHeisaber against Oma Zi-O, he uses the powers of Kuuga, Kiva and Ryuki, in that order. It's the same order as the first three worlds Tsukasa visited back in his own series.
- Zero-Effort Boss: At the end of this episode, Zi-O fights Oma Zi-O, who is his older self fifty years into the future. How else would this end?
