Finally, the Ark has manifested itself as a Kamen Rider and appeared before Aruto and the others! Zero-One and Vulcan were completely powerless standing before such an overwhelming force! This translated into a moment where Aruto is starting to fear the prospects of advancing artificial intelligence innovations beyond human comprehension. Aruto is starting to lose sight of himself, as he doesn't know how to handle the new emergence of the Ark... Meanwhile, a newly revived Ark hands Naki a new Zetsumetsukey...!

• Answer Cut:
  Gai: [After Jun confronts him]: "You're forcing me out? That's 1000% not possible. Not to mention, no one can run this company but me".
  Jun: "No. I can think of someone else."
  [Cut to Aruto looking at Hiden Manufactoring's motto.]
• The Bus Came Back: Shesta is brought back after her small appearance in Episode 31 to help Jun and Sanzo in their plan to oust Gai as president.
• Conservation of Ninjutsu: Averted, then Played Straight. Once Horobi and Ikazuchi are done with their opponents, they have no problem ganging up on Thouser along Naki, keeping him on his toes. He's even ends up taking Horobi's Sting Dystopia as a result of leaving himself open holding off Ikazuchi's finisher. Once Zero-One arrives at the scene, though, Ark-Zero takes him on, alone.
• Curb-Stomp Battle:
  • Aruto is on the receiving end of one thanks to Ark Zero in the beginning of the episode.
  • While he put up a good fight, Gai is throughly battered after his fight with MetsuboJinrai.NET. Hilariously, he ends up with multiple bandages, a neck collar, and crutches afterwards.
  • Aruto is subjected to another one of these again when he goes up against Ark Zero for the second time, but he at least managed to put up a good fight before the Ark decided to use its full power.
• Everyone Has Standards: What finally breaks the straw on Jun and Sanzo's back and gets them to work against Gai is when Gai reveals he plans to intentionally cause ZAIASpecs wearers to go berserk after selling the RaidRisers to show off how effective they are.
• Evil Versus Evil: Round 2 of MetsubouJinrai.NET vs. ZAIA Enterprise. Unfortunately for Gai, this also ends in the Ark's victory.
• Fighting from the Inside: Jin briefly regained control of his body before being completely suppressed by Ark.
• Heroic BSoD: Aruto was visibly shaken with the rise of Ark but later regained his resolve back after a pep talk from Fukuzoe.
• Humiliation Conga: First Naki visibly shredded Gai's clothing down to his underwear, he and his Raiders are defeated once again and at the end of the episode Jun and Sanzo plan to oust him as president with evidence of his misconduct and outright criminal actions.
• Ironic Echo: Ark-Zero, before finishing Gai off, says something appropriate to him.
  Ark-Zero: "A tool shouldn't think for itself." [Activates All Extinction finisher]
• Shoot the Dog: Defied. Ark almost shot down Is using Fuwa's Shot Riser but thankfully Jin managed to saved her using his Super-Speed.
• Took a Level in Badass: Naki finally becoming a Kamen Rider by their own right. This also makes them the very first non-binary Rider in the entire franchise.
• Tsundere: Yua has this moment when she's apologizing to Isamu for all of the things that she's done to him. Ai promptly calls her out on it.
• You Called Me "X"; It Must Be Serious: Fukuzoe never addressed Aruto by his full name and only referring him as "President", but seeing him in a distressed state makes Fukuzoe to call his full name to make Aruto to snap out of it.
