ZAIA's top real-estate salesmen, equipped with the ZAIA Spec, utilized some underhanded maneuvers to undercut Hiden's Real-Estate HumaGear, Smile Sumida! The showdown between humans and HumaGears now rests in the hands of a seemingly human victory, but just then, a couple of millionaires on a budget seek to purchase a house of their own! It is not an exaggeration to say that selling a house to a millionaire will essentially win you the competition, so the final battle between a restored HumaGear and the ZAIA Spec human will now begin!
Tropes:
- Jerkass Has a Point: It's nice that Smile found the client a home suited to his needs, but Gai's right that companies can't cover their expenses with their clients' happy faces.
- Kill Steal: When Splashing Whale Raider was overwhelming a Magia, Thouser appeared and personally landed the final blow. Splashing Whale Raider didn't mind though.
- Once More, with Clarity: In the last episode, the real estate salesman thought back to when his family lived in a rundown house, which led to his desire to live in a big house. Looking back, he realized that while his family had hard times, they were at least happy.
- Pyrrhic Victory: Even though Smile managed to sell the last house and Aruto managed to defeat Splashing Whale Raider, ZAIA won the second round of the competition due to making more profits.
- Skewed Priorities: When Thouser appeared on the scene, he targeted the rampaging HumaGear Magia rather than the obviously more dangerous Splashing Whale Raider that was overwhelming it and allowed Splashing Whale to escape.
