Despite the fact that Izu believes that Zero-One will be able to win using the Shining Hopper Progrise Key, she starts to notice something strange about Zero-One's state. Izu begins to feel like she is unqualified to be the president's secretary in the presence of this new form...

Episode Trope:

• Curb-Stomp Battle: After completing the Shining Hopper Progrise Key, Zero-One easily defeated Dodo Magia Custom 2 with ease.
• Enemy Mine: Horobi deliberately tries to invoke this with Zero-One and co, but given the atrocities that Metsuboujinrai has committed, the Riders turn him down.
• Full-Potential Upgrade: It turns out the Shining Hopper Progrise Key can’t keep up with Aruto’s vast battle potential, and it takes the combined battle data from previous Progrise Keys and the battle data extraction from Wazu to complete it.
• More Expendable Than You: When Izu was about to sacrifice herself to complete the Shining Hopper Progrise Key, Wazu pushed her out of the way so he could do it instead. He reasoned that Aruto still needed her at his side, as she was the one to help him become the best he could be.
• Power-Up Letdown: A complete inversion of the usual trend of protagonist having a Mid-Season Upgrade to win a battle. Despite having a new form to supposedly overcome Dodo Magia Custom, the Magia ability to adept situation managed to turn the table to his favor. Justified in that the Shining Hopper upgrade couldn't keep up with Aruto himself.
• Red Herring: In the preview, it was seemingly Izu performing a Heroic Sacrifice to upgrade the Shining Hopper Progrise Key. Wazu is the one that ends up doing so.
• Wham Line: Doubles as Foreshadowing. Gai Amatsu dropped a major line after the aftermath of the battle between Zero-One and Dodo Magia Custom 2:
  Gai Amatsu: I look forward… to your battle with Thouser.
