- Actor Allusion: The trailer for this installment was released on YouTube as a Double Feature with that for Mashin Sentai Kiramager Vs Ryusoulger. Mio Kudo narrates the trailer for Saber × Ghost as Kiramager's Sayo Oharu, reacting to Kanon being her look-alike.
- Chekhov's Gun: Takeru is seen cleaning the Ghost Ijinroku Wonder Ride Book early on in the special.
- Continuity Nod: Takeru is back to using Grateful Damashii to wrap up the fight rather than Mugen which was typically his go to final mode once he obtained it in show. This is because one of the tie in novels has Takeru sacrifice the Mugen Eyecon to resolve it at the climax of the story meaning he no longer has that form.
- Crossover: The start of one between Saber and Ghost.
- Distant Sequel: Four years following Kamen Rider Ghost REBIRTH Kamen Rider Specter.
- Fully Absorbed Finale: One that ties up the loose ends of Specter's movie.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Kanon in this special is rather quiet, wants to find her brother, and inexplicably has Super-Strength. The following special reveals just what's going on here.
- Power Copying: Saber uses the Wonder Ride Book Ghost Ijinroku to assume a Ghost-themed form.
- The Remnant: The villains of this special and its following installment are disciples of Danton, the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Ghost REBIRTH Kamen Rider Specter.
- The Stinger: The other two villains, Kamiyu and Muller, knock Javel out and kidnap Kanon at the end of the special.
- Takes One to Kill One: Regular Wonder Ride Books prove ineffective against the Ganma, and this leads to Takeru lending Touma the Ghost Ijinroku WRB.
- Theme Naming: The Ganma Superior in this episode is named Robes, as in Maximilien Robespierre, continuing the French Revolution theme set by his master Danton. The other two are named Kamiyu for Camille Desmoulins and Muller for Jean-Paul Marat.
- Versus Title: Both this and the next installment use the "X" variant as used by the earlier Kamen Rider Movie Wars.
