Tsumuri: The final round of the Desire Grand Prix has come to an end, with Ace Ukiyo — Kamen Rider Geats — saving the world.
As his reward for doing so, the world has been remade according to his wish.
Unfortunately, this world is one I find very difficult to accept.

Becoming the Desashin once more, a new world envisioned by Ace comes into being, a world where... Girori is his father and Tsumuri is his older sister!? While Girori plays along, Tsumuri is none too happy about this development, declaring that she will find a Rider strong enough to defeat Geats.

Meanwhile, a new batch of chosen participants are gathered up in the Desire Temple, as another season of the Desire Grand Prix is about to begin. Among them are Ace, Michinaga, and a mysterious man wielding a guitar. Watching the man from behind the monitors, the Game Master eerily mutters:

"It's your turn. I'm counting on you, Win Hareruya."

Tropes

  • Arranged Marriage: Irumi is in the middle of arranging a match between Neon and the son of another rich family when she is interrupted by Kousei and Tsumuri.
  • Bait-and-Switch Credits: Neon is not credited as a Kamen Rider, nor is she shown with the Riders in her usual spot in the intro, to hide that she's coming back to the game after all. Though likely not-so-hidden with this episode title having "Beat" in its name and the preview in #9 showing Na-Go Beat Form with her voice.
  • Big Damn Heroes: Neon jumps in and stops a Jyamato from grabbing Michinaga and Ittetsu's flag, which would have eliminated them otherwise.
  • The Bus Came Back:
    • Downplayed in that Keiwa reappears, yet is only given one scene that doesn't have him involved with the DGP whatsoever.
    • While Neon was not initially selected for this season, the disastrous turn of events at just within the first round forces the Game Master to re-enlist her as a last-minute addition.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: As soon as Neon transforms, the tide of the battle goes from "The heroes are screwed" to "Holy cow, did she just solo them all herself?!"
  • Discard and Draw: Before the game begins, Michinaga easily convinces Ittetsu to swap the Zombie Buckle for the Ninja Buckle. After Yukie's death, he forcefully takes the Ninja Buckle back and foists the ownerless Propeller Buckle onto Ittetsu instead.
  • Internal Reveal:
    • PunkJack's true identity is revealed to the main Riders. However, he claims to be and acts completely different from his previous appearance, leading Ace and Michinaga to believe he is a different man using the same moniker.
    • Ace tells Neon that he's trying to find his mother.
  • Loophole Abuse: Girori is able to skirt around fulfilling Ace's wish to the letter by pretending the Game Master and himself are two separate people, as well as making Ace think that the PunkJack that's currently participating is just a regular DGP player.
  • Obfuscating Stupidity: Hareruya does a lot to shake the contestants from the previous DGP off of the notion that he could be the same PunkJack they met during the last season, including changing his body language and fighting style instead of just competing with a different Rider Core ID.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Some of the surviving Riders from the previous DGP were shown to be restored to their normal lives, but with off-character traits that did not go unnoticed to those close to them.
    • Keiwa becomes an apparent gambling addict with bad luck whose Trademark Favorite Food is now sushi instead of tanuki soba, which Sara immediately finds odd.
    • Neon becomes a proper ojou who obediently listens to her mother, even willing to agree to an Arranged Marriage set up by her. Her father however questions if this is really what she wants.
  • The Reveal:
    • We learn what some of Ace's previous wishes were:
"A world where I can participate in the Desire Grand Prix until I die."
"A world where I can live without having to work."
    • Ittetsu's wish to be younger.
    • Yukie's wish is to lose 10kg and get married to her idol.
  • Springtime for Hitler: The Game Master's goal of introducing Win Hareruya as a seemingly "regular" participant was to team up with and sabotage Ace into losing the DGP, which the latter attempts to do by bailing out on him on the excuse of a Potty Emergency. Win would have gotten immunity from their team losing due to being a staff member as well. Unfortunately, neither expected Ace to be able to clear the wave of Jyamato and protect their flag as a One-Man Army, ultimately failing their plan and keeping him in the running.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: As more participants are enlisted for the new DGP, Michinaga seems to view the presence of Ittetsu, Yukie, and Hareruya with annoyance; even more so with Hareruya.
  • Took a Level in Badass: The Kaizoku Jyamato are far stronger and tougher than the previous first round Pawn Jyamatos, resulting in a bunch of Riders getting eliminated to the point where only five are left. Even the Game Master is surprised at how strong they were that they had to recruit Neon back.
  • Transformation Is a Free Action: Averted on an even larger scale than the first episode as most of the competitors of this DGP are bum-rushed and eliminated before they even have a chance to activate their belts.
