There are no more punches left to pull. The dawn of the final battle is upon us and the Riders now must make their final stand against Evolt if Earth is going to have any future.
Episode Tropes:
- Breather Episode: The first half of the episode is understandably lighter in tone in comparison to what has happened in the last few episodes as the Riders spend their last night enjoying summer before heading off to the final battle against Evolt.
- Dark Reprise: Evolt, as Mido, gives a variation of the first opening monologue at the beginning before he reveals himself to the world.
- Deadly Upgrade: Sento reveals that he created the Blizzard Knuckle and the newly revealed North Blizzard Fullbottle for Kazumi, but Kazumi ran off to get gassed before Sento could tune it. Because of said gassing, using them in tandem in the Build Driver would push Kazumi far past the limits of a human being, a near definite death sentence for Kazumi in this case, and is exactly why Sento says to only use the Blizzard Knuckle as a weapon. Kazumi steals Shinobu’s Build Driver before they meet up with Evolt at Pandora Tower, and the episode ends with him using it to transform.
- Discard and Draw: The nascita gang now have the white Pandora Panel, but in the process, have given up the Hazard Trigger and its respective forms.
- Evil Doppelgänger: Evolt created copies of the Hokuto Three Crows as Lost Smash to mess with the Riders’ heads using his own DNA.
- Foreshadowing: At one point, Misora is shown looking in the bottle purification chamber and saying that Shinobu's Build Driver is missing. By the episode's end, it's shown that Kazumi took it.
- Inner Monologue: Kazumi spends a good couple of minutes debating if he should use a towel that has the same design as Misora’s trademark bunny mascot. It’s not Misora’s but Gentoku’s, and Gentoku has been using it to wipe his face.
- Interdimensional Travel Device: The white Pandora Panel gives the user access to alternate universes, which when used in tandem with the black Pandora Panel, can cause two alternate universes to fuse together, creating a brand new universe. Shinobu’s Batman Gambit was to use this against Evolt in the event that the Riders lost and combine their world with a parallel world to destroy Evolt and Pandora’s Box in the resulting fusion’s creation.
- Pre Ass Kicking One Liner: Kazumi gets to answer the Build Driver's "Are you Ready?" question with one.Damn right I am.
- Storming the Castle: The Riders’ final challenge is to make it to the top of Pandora Tower to stop Evolt, and he adds on top of this a Race Against the Clock condition, promising to destroy a section of Japan for every 10 minutes that passes and encouraging the Riders to finish quickly.
- The Rest Shall Pass: When the Riders find the doppelgangers of the Hokuto Three Crows, Kazumi tells the group to go on ahead without him and that he will take care of them. With time of the essence, Sento, Ryuga, and Gentoku begrudgingly advance without Kazumi.
- Team Power Walk: As Evolt sends a mob of civilians fleeing away from Pandora Tower, there are dramatic shots of the Riders walking to challenge Evolt.
- The Teaser: Instead of a normal recap for the beginning, the episode opens with Evolt delivering a speech to the people of Japan, just to drop the charade entirely and call out the Kamen Riders to fight him.
- Throwing Down the Gauntlet: With his plans exposed and no secret plots left, Evolt decides to publicly challenge the Kamen Riders to a Final Battle, by revealing himself in a live broadcast and threatening to destroy the world if the Kamen Riders don't show up with last Lost Bottle.
- Wham Shot: Sawa's phone gets a call from Juzaburo Nanba's number.
- Wounded Gazelle Gambit: Evolt, and therefore the Three Crows replicas, is entirely aware of Kazumi's Survivor's Guilt and exploits this for all it is worth to weaken his resolve.
