Sento: War breaks out between Touto, Hokuto and Seito over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. Touto's Kamen Rider Build aka Sento Kiryu, clashes with Seito's Kamen Rider Rogue, but...Oh no! I'm in Overflow! Ah, Pandora's Box...! Ah, he got away... Eh? Why am I attacking Misora? What will happen in episode 26?!
Sento went into Hazard form in order to try to protect the Pandora Box from Rogue. However, he went berserk and lost the Pandora Box to Seito. Not only that, but he also attacked Misora! It was just then that Misora’s bangle started to shine again. One week later, Grease, Cross-Z, and Build are summoned by Seito to participate in a 3 on 3 representative match. However, the identity of the spy who was involved in the robbery of the Pandora Box is not yet known. As the representative battle wages on, Nanba Heavy Industries’ chairman slowly starts to smile.
Episode Tropes:
- An Offer You Can't Refuse: Since Seito is the one with all the cards, they decide to hold another proxy battle against Touto to decide who has custody over Pandora’s Box and territory, this time having three one-on-one matches. Prime Minister Himuro has no choice but to accept since denying this proposition would bring another war to Touto.
- Big "WHAT?!": When Ryuga learned that the Washio brothers were hiding a more powerful transformation, this was his response.
- Borrowed Catchphrase: Two examples of this:
- When Ryuga decides to help Kazumi get stronger via fighting each other, he begins this suggestion with Sento’s catchphrase “Now, shall we begin the experiment?”
- In the middle of Kazumi’s fight against Engine Bros, when Kazumi had his Heroic Second Wind, he says that “with the way [he is] now, there was no way he could lose,” just like like when Ryuga first transformed into Cross-Z Charge.
- Clip Show: Played with as the show looks like it was going to devolve into a recap episode, but it was used as part of a narrative device to allow Misora to analyze Build fighting in all of the forms he has had so far. Sento even messes with the recap by fast forwarding through Ryuga’s debut as Cross-Z.
- Comically Missing the Point: When Kazumi is questioning what Ryuga is doing and calls him an idiot, Ryuga says to not call himself an idiot and use words involving muscles, which Kazumi then lampshades by questioning if Ryuga actually has muscles.
- Early-Bird Cameo: The Full Full RabbitTank Bottle and the Fullbottle Buster are developed, but are not used until the following episode.
- Evil All Along: The true mole was Sawa, which was hinted at as far back as #9 and is revealed to also be one of the Nanba Children in a flashback Rai had about his circumstances growing up with his brother.
- From Bad to Worse: When the second round of the proxy battle between Touto and Seito was about to begin, Fu Washio surprises the Touto side by revealing that by using his brother’s Gear Engine FullBottle, he could initiate a Funky Match to transform into Hell Bros, and Ryuga was the most surprised of them all because he’s about to have a harder fight than Kazumi’s fight.
- Heroic Second Wind: Kazumi takes one hell of a beating during his fight and it looked like he wasn’t going to win his fight, but he somehow managed to turn things around and won against Engine Bros with a Scrap Finish and Twin Finish.
- Lampshade Hanging: When Ryuga questions how Sento even had footage of all of his fights as Build, Sento just dodges the question.
- "Not So Different" Remark: When Ryuga finds Kazumi making a makeshift grave site for Masaru, Syoukichi, and Syuuya, he thinks about how their deaths were like Kasumi’s and prays for them.
- Power of Friendship: Despite getting his ass handed to him early on, Kamen Rider Grease was able to turn it around after remembering how the Hokuto Crows were to him.
- The Reveal: When Ryuga was going to use his Dragon FullBottle to battle with Kazumi, he hears a weird noise coming from the bottle and so opens it. The mole placed a bug in the bottom of the FullBottle and that was how Seito found out about where Pandora’s Box was last episode.
- Use Your Head: Kazumi headbutts Rai Washio/Engine Bros as Grease during their fight.
- Wham Shot: Not only was Sawa still working for Nanba, she was also one of his students like Rai and Fu.
