Affably Evil: The chef is very polite and soft-spoken to the Amazons in his restaurant, and always wants to reassure them if they feel uncomfortable. He also cooks unsuspecting humans with a big smile on his face. Even while he's in the face of danger, he tells his customers to escape so they don't get killed.
Made of Iron: The Crab Amazon's shell is pretty tough.
To Serve Man: Owner's entire MO is to kill humans and feed them to the Unawakened Amazons at his restaurant.
Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Much of Season 2's plot and main conflict can be indirectly pinned on the Crab Amazon, as Mamoru chancing across one of his "manburgers" causes his partial awakening, forcing him to leave human society at the end of Season 1.
Villainous Breakdown: It's ambiguous exactly how "villainous" the Crab Amazon is, but he starts losing it when his plans go down the tubes and his Amazons Register indicates he's awakening.
Well-Intentioned Extremist: The Crab Amazon sincerely believes that eating human flesh will slow the process of an Amazon's awakening, and seeks to continue gathering meat for his "patrons".
