Stumpy and Quack Quack hire a pair of sheep lawyers to either sue Kaeloo or get her thrown in jail. Mr. Cat has other plans.

- All Guys Want Cheerleaders: Bad Kaeloo starts acting like a cheerleader and using the sheep as pompoms. Mr. Cat is clearly enjoying the sight.
- Amoral Attorney: Mr. and Ms. Baa are complete jerkasses to Kaeloo.

- Driven to Suicide: While Mr. Cat is negotiating Kaeloo's bail, Kaeloo, unaware that Mr. Cat is helping her and believing that she'll be stuck alone in her prison cell forever, prepares to hang herself.
- Funny Background Event: While Bad Kaeloo attacks the lawyers, Mr. Cat stares in adoration, drools, blushes, and swoons over.
- Out-of-Character Moment: Stumpy and Quack Quack try to sue Kaeloo for two billion dollars so they can get rich, or have her sent to prison. Justified because it turns out that they were manipulated by aliens.
- Series Continuity Error: Mr. Cat says his parents dropped him off at Mr. and Ms. Baa's office in their car, but literally every other episode where his family is mentioned states that he doesn't live with them or have any contact with them anymore.
