Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman have to stop Lex Luthor and Circe from acquiring Zeus' helmet.
This episode provides examples of the following tropes:
- Batman Gambit: Wonder Woman lassos Lex in order to force him to reveal his true intentions, including ditching Circe after conquering Olympus, in order to turn them against each other. It works.
- Does Not Like Men: All the Amazons, including Wonder Woman's mother, Hippolyta, hold a very negative opinion of men to the point where their first action upon seeing Superman and Batman is to point weapons at them. Even when working with Diana to fight Lex Luthor and Circe, Hippolyta is very hostile and disdainful of them, and although she does thank then after they defeat the villains, she immediately goes back to being hostile by threatening to skewer them unless they leave.
- Fireball Eyeballs: Circe's eyes burn purple after learning of Lex's duplicity.
- Ungrateful Bastard: Hippolyta isn't exactly grateful to the male heroes for saving the day.
- Unholy Matrimony: Circe plans to rule Olympus with Lex as king and queen. Lex has other plans.
- Woman Scorned: Circe is not happy to learn of Lex's intention to ditch her after getting what he wants.
- You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: Lex plans to ditch Circe after they conquer Olympus.
