Jane and Rafael start planning their wedding. Petra continues to scheme to keep the Marbella away from Milos. Xiomara tries to decide if she wants to go to nursing school.

- Best Woman: Both Rafael and Jane want Petra to be in their wedding party. Rafael wins out with the argument that Jane has plenty of family members who could be her maid of honor, while his choices for best man are more limited.
- Bluff the Eavesdropper: Petra assumes that Milos has her office bugged, and talks as though he can hear everything she's saying. It's never made clear whether or not she's right.
- Grand Romantic Gesture: Rafael proposing to Jane in front of all their family during a game night, reviving all the momentous of his and Jane’s relationship.
- Xanatos Gambit: After Milos is convicted, Petra will be able to sue him for his share of the hotel. So to keep the hotel out of her hands, he has to sign it over to someone he trusts first, and the only one he trusts is Krishna... who's secretly working with Petra.
