The chapter centers around Lied holding a meeting with his fellow misfits to hear their ideas as to how he can better interact with Elizabetta; the girl he has a crush on. The best Lied could do so far is exchange phone contacts.

Chapter 181: Lied's Meeting
Lied's been noticing that Iruma and Ameri have gotten closer nowadays, which causes him to think about wanting something similar. Wanting to get closer to Elizabetta, he figures that they should exchange devi-line contacts (phone numbers) first. Clara overhears Lied'a idea as he continues to talk to himself while blushing that he wants to flirt with Elizabetta only to hear the emptyness behind him laughing at him. Lied becomes enraged knowing that Purson's watching him, which Purson drops his invisibility while trying to deny that he wasn't enjoying watching Lied's out-of-control delusions. Shortly after, Lied is seen in Royal One having gathered up the men of the Abnormal Class to discuss what he wants; a way to flirt with Elizabetta. Catching on that Lied likes Elizabetta, some of the men offer up ideas, such as shopping, or going to amusement parks with her, but Lied isn't convinced any of them would work.Eventually, Jazz mentions that asking out Elizabetta may prove to be much more difficult nowadays after the Music Festival showed her off as a beautiful goddess. The rest of the boys go about praising her, which irritates Lied knowing that some of the men got close to her during the Music Festival. Thus, Lied starts to play out their meeting like a courtroom. He first judges Sabro finding that his Music Festival performance had too much close touching with Elizabetta. Sabro tries to explain that he was just following the script, but the men all deem him guilty. Lied next judges Purson claiming that his music led to him having too much fun with Elizabetta. Purson doesn't deny that there was a spark between them, which the enraged Lied calls him guilty. Lied then focuses on Iruma calling out his potential harem (Ameri, Clara and Kerori), and that Elizabetta is now part of it given the "love letter" he gave to her. The men all deem him guilty; even Azz, which shocks Iruma.
Wanting no one else to have her, Lied deems Elizabetta as someone so god-like that they should all sign a no-contact agreement. However, their attention is brought to a knock at the door, which turns out to be Elizabetta searching for Lied. Elizabetta mentions how she heard from Clara that Lied wanted to exchange devi-line contacts, and proceeds to ask him for said exchange. After the two of them receive each other's phone contacts, Elizabetta departs, and Lied falls over in happiness believing that he's now closer to her. Once he returns home however, Lied is unable to think of what his first message to her should be. The next day, Lied gathers up the men for another Royal One meeting to discuss what he should say to Elizabetta over devi-line. Given how stupid this is, Azz suggests to Iruma that they shoud leave.
