Go To

Liv and Clive investigate the murder of a gossip addicted saleswoman.

  • Asshole Victim: Cheryl loved to gossip, not caring that it would sometimes ruin people's lives, down to ruining marriages, promotions, images, etc.
  • Brick Joke: Early on, Liv mentions to Clive the possibility of one of his coworkers being in a relationship with their boss. By the second half, Clive sees his boss closing the windows to her room when it's just her and said coworker.
  • Bunny-Ears Lawyer: Cheryl was a tremendous saleswoman, managing to top the sales in their department every time; however, she was also a gossipy woman with little regards to when her gossip crossed the line into cruelty.
  • Deadly Prank: The utopium was meant to make Cheryl high to turn her into the office joke; however, she was using some medicine that gave her a fatal reaction to the utopium.
  • Inhumanable Alien Rights: Harley Johns claims that if he ever does kill a zombie, it won't be murder as the zombie is already dead.
  • Parallel Porn Titles: Rhonda starred in a bunch of adult videos that had these. Even the episode's very own title sounds like one that'd be on a pornographic film.
  • Shout-Out:
    • Upon learning that Osborn Oates is a diamond merchant who keeps a zombie call girl, Ravi declares him to be a Bond villain.
    • Ravi also says Major's attempts to find Natalie are more tilting at windmills than questing for the Holy Grail. Later in the episode, when Major has actually found her, he gets a song from Man of La Mancha as background music.
  • Tracking Device: Major gets himself beaten up in order to plant one on Oates's goon.
