Fed up with her constant fibs, Ricky, Ethel and Fred bet Lucy she can't go 24 hours without lying. To their surprise/frustration she proves to be quite adept at the task, even through the girls' bridge game. That is until Lucy learns of a chance at an audition in a variety show proves to much of an opportunity to pass up, and she winds up in an Italian Knife Throwing act, as the Target Girl!
