iToe Fat Cakes is the 20th and final episode in the 4th season of iCarly.
Sam goes on a trip to the Canadian Fat Cake factory with Freddie, Gibby and Spencer, but when she tries to sneak some back home, she is forbidden to leave.
Meanwhile, Carly gets her big toe stuck in the faucet of the bathtub right before a date.
Tropes:
- Butt-Monkey: Carly. She gets her toe stuck in the bathtub faucet before her date while everyone else is out of town. Just when she reaches her phone to call for help, she drops it in the water. She possibly ends up waterlogged due to being stuck in the bathtub for hours, while Mrs. Benson fails to get her out before her date, Lance, shows up. However, the two then have their date in the bathroom while a man cuts Carly’s toe out the faucet.
- Explain, Explain... Oh, Crap!: When Carly first gets her toe stuck in the faucet, she remains calm, believing someone will eventually come into her bathroom and find her, until she realizes she’s naked, forcing Carly put her sweatshirt on to cover herself.
- Hope Spot: After many fails at getting her phone, Carly manages to retrieve it and was about use it call her friend Wendy to help her get her toe unstuck, but unfortunately, she manages to drop the phone into the bath tub water.
- Non-Nude Bathing: In case her date comes over before she can get unstuck, Carly wears a sweater in the tub.
- Rule of Three: Carly sticks her toe up the faucet three times; the first two times she easily slips it out, but the third time is when it gets stuck.
- Suddenly Shouting: Carly when she realizes what could happen if someone happens to come by.Carly: Just gotta be calm, sooner or later someone will come in here, help me get my toe unstuck ... (sits up realizing something) AND SEE ME NAKED!
- Tempting Fate: After seeing it on on TV, Carly believes that it’s impossible for a woman to get her big toe stuck in a faucet. She then decides to try it herself to prove it can’t happen in real life, only for it actually happen to her.
