To investigate a string of robberies, Henry competes on a game show, Spin & Win, but the gang soon finds out that the burglars are linked by hypnosis. Meanwhile, Piper accidentally breaks Jasper's nose and he is sent to a teaching hospital where the doctors have barely any effort.
Fix! His! Tropes!:
- The Dog Bites Back: Ray gives Henry a wedgie the same way he gave him one while Derek and Maddie Richards hypnotised and made him burglarise himself.
- Injured Limb Episode: The b-plot involves Jasper with a broken nose courtesy of Piper's selfie stick.
- Language Barrier: Pugneeshia cannot communicate with Dr. Baxter or Jasper very well due to her inability to speak English. This is shown when Baxter tells her to fix Jasper's nose, but the way he pronounced it in her language causes her to hit him on his already broken nose.
- Losing Horns: The "wah-wah-wah" variation is played by Ray on the electric guitar when Henry tells him to stop.
- Not That Kind of Doctor: Downplayed. At St. Bernard's Hospital, Dr. Baxter trains medical students to help out patients.
- Pun-Based Title: The title is a reference to the long-running Let's Make a Deal.

- Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: Surprisingly downplayed on the "Realistic" part, seeing as there was no blood coming out of Jasper's nose. Just as the episode fades to black, he attempts to touch the arrow that went inside his nose to see if it hurt. Jasper then finds out that it hurts even more once he twitches in pain.
- Tempting Fate: Jasper comments on how bad his day was, ranging from him breaking his nose and having to deal with a series of training doctors having to fix it. However, the moment he says it, Piper accidentally damages his nose even further by firing an arrow from the sharkpoon right through his nose, and boy, did that really hurt?
- Would Hurt a Child: Before Henry, Ray and Charlotte work together to stop the criminals who made Henry burglarise himself, Ray gives him an underwear wedgie in retaliation for giving the former one while hypnotised by Derek and Maddie Richards.
