Yuzuki, overwhelmed when she realizes she has no plans for her future, tries to contact her mother for support, but cannot reach her. Fainting, she wakes up in the school infirmary, and asks Tsugumi for advice, but Tsugumi does nothing to help, explaining to Ai's companions that only Yuzuki can save herself.
On her way home, Yuzuki meets Sumika Misono, the reserved twin of the famous model and actress Yuika Misono, who offers to help Yuzuki plan her future. Although her twin-sister, Yuika wears the facade of being upbeat and peppy at work, in reality she is quite cruel. She always forced Sumika into doing all her own work, for example, taking the college entry exam to Sumika's college, while still having all that Sumika desires: fame and a boyfriend named Masato. Only a birthmark on Sumika's side distinguishes the two.
After a drunk Yuika fractures a bone in an accident, she orders Sumika to take her place in an important photo shoot. However during Yuika's convalescence, Sumika begins to thrive in the role, doing the job even better than her sister; she even proceeds in her relationship with Masato.
However Yuika's arm heals and both sisters, now indistinguishable, begin arguing over who should continue the role of model and actress. That evening, one of the sisters accesses the Hell Correspondence website, typing in her sister's name, and receives Hone Onna as a doll. After Masato tells one sister he is leaving her for the other, the abandoned twin, pulls the string. The one sent to hell claims that she just wanted to realize her dream and be herself. In the end, it's unknown which twin was banished, as the candle with their name starts to drip and covers their name, though the shot of the surviving twins back with a lack of a birthmark implies that it was Sumika.

- Asshole Victim: Sumika, by the end. While the episode initially sets her up to have a sympathetic reason for wanting to banish her emotionally abusive older sister, she lets the feeling of being accepted by others get to her head after pretending to be Yuika for a while and eventually tricks Yuika's boyfriend into sleeping with her, feeling no remorse when he finds out. She also refuses to stop pretending to be Yuika after Yuika's arm heals, planning to steal away every aspect of her life with the excuse of wanting to chase her dreams when she's being ferried to Hell by Ai.
- Downer Ending: It was initially unclear which twins name was entered into Hell due to it being purposely obscured and Yuzuki herself being unsure. However, a shot of the surviving twins' back lacks a birthmark, suggesting that it was Sumika that was banished, though the obscured name on the candle leaves this ambiguous.
- Big Sister Bully: Yuika looks down on Sumika and treats her coldly, referring to her as her "shadow."
- Bed Trick: Sumika tricks Yuika's boyfriend into sleeping with her by pretending to be Yuika. He only realizes this afterward when he sees the birthmark on her back.
- Becoming the Mask: Sumika gets far too into pretending to be Yuika and refuses to give it up when Yuika's arm heals.
- Double Standard Rape: Female on Male: Subverted. Sumika tricking Yuika's boyfriend into sleeping with her is painted in a villainous light and ultimately used to show how far Sumika will go to steal away Yuika's life. She receives the ultimate punishment for all of her actions when Yuika sends her to Hell in the end.
- Dragged Off to Hell: Sumika is banished to Hell by the end.
- Foreshadowing: One of the teachers can't find Yuzuki's records that contain her school information, hinting that Yuzuki's existence is beginning to fade from reality.
- Jerkass: Yuika, who is a bully to her twin and calls her her "shadow." However, her hatred for Sumika becomes a little justifiable toward the end of the episode.
- Nice Guy: Yuika's boyfriend who is kind and supportive to both of the twins. Sumika is in love with him for the kindness he shows her and tries to steal him away from Yuika, eventually tricking him into sleeping with her by pretending to be her sister.
- Twin Switch: Yuika bullies Sumika into pretending to be her while her arm heals.
