The following is a list of episodes in the 2002 reboot of He-Man and The Masters of the Universe. Like it's predecessor, it was rather short lived, having only two seasons. Although it did garner a TV Movie pilot and 36 episodes.

  1. The Beginning - Keldor attacks the Hall of Wisdom and Captain Randor leads his forces to stop him. Years later, Skeletor emerges to attack Eternia. Prince Adam must visit Castle Grayskull and seek the Sorceress' help to save his captured father. He-Man emerges to protect Eternia from the evil forces of Skeletor. Originally aired August 16, 2002.

  1. The Courage of Adam - Prince Adam realizes that as long as evil exists on Eternia, he will be called to defend his home as He-Man. Originally aired September 20, 2002.
  2. Skywar - Skeletor secretly instigates a war between the Bird People of Avion and the Bee People on Andreenos as part of a plot to defeat He-Man. Originally aired September 27, 2002.
  3. The Deep End - He-Man must save Man-At-Arms from the belly of a sea beast threatening Castle Grayskull. Originally aired October 4, 2002.
  4. Lessons - After messing things up in the Royal Palace, Orko seeks the Sorceress' help to return to his home dimension. Originally aired October 11, 2002.
  5. Siren's Song - Ram Man is hypnotized by a beautiful Siren who plots to destroy the Masters. Originally aired October 18, 2002.
  6. The Ties That Bind - Teela becomes curious about her past when she develops temporary telepathic powers. Originally aired October 25, 2002.
  7. Dragon's Brood - Massive fire-breathing dragons threaten Eternia and Castle Grayskull. Originally aired November 1, 2002.
  8. Turnabout - Skeletor is punished by a magical belt that prevents him from being evil. Originally aired November 15, 2002.
  9. Mekaneck's Lament - While trying to acquire better powers, Mekaneck unwittingly sets a dangerous villain free. Originally aired November 22, 2002.
  10. Night of the Shadow Beasts - Skeletor unleashes fierce nocturnal creatures to destroy Castle Grayskull. Originally aired November 22, 2002.
  11. Underworld - In Subternia (Eternia's underground), He-Man and King Randor must prevent Skeletor from attacking Castle Grayskull from below. Originally aired December 13, 2002.
  12. The Mystery of Anwat Gar - He-Man and Man-At-Arms journey to a mysterious island to prevent Skeletor from getting his hands on powerful ancient stones. Originally aired December 20, 2002.
  13. The Monster Within - He-Man and Man-E-Faces battle dangerous bounty hunters in the Tar Swamp. Originally aired December 27, 2002.

    Season 2 
  1. Roboto's Gambit - A simple chess-playing robot helps the Masters battle an evil army of bone creatures. Originally aired March 1, 2003.
  2. Orko's Garden - Orko unwittingly helps the villainous plant-like Evilseed take all of the Heroic Masters hostage. Originally aired March 15, 2003.
  3. Trust - Stratos must form an uneasy alliance with Trap Jaw to survive the perilous Ice Mountains. Originally aired March 8, 2003.
  4. Buzz-Off's Pride - Buzz-Off must battle vicious giants in order to defend both a peaceful village and his pride. Originally aired March 22, 2003.
  5. Snake Pit - The Heroic Masters enlist the help of the mysterious Zodak to prevent the Snake Men from escaping their ancient prison. Originally aired March 29, 2003.
  6. The Island - While visiting his mentor Dekker on a remote island, Man-At-Arms is captured by evil crab-like creatures. Originally aired April 5, 2003.
  7. The Sweet Smell of Victory - When a low-level crook tries to join Skeletor, an accident mutates him into a new Evil Warrior intent on destroying the Heroic Masters. Originally aired April 12, 2003.
  8. Separation - He-Man must return three mystical objects to the far corners of Eternia to prevent the destruction of the entire planet. Originally aired April 19, 2003.
  9. Council of Evil, Part 1 - The members of Skeletor's newly formed Council of Evil are capturing the Heroic Masters one by one. Originally aired October 4, 2003.
  10. Council of Evil, Part 2 - It's up to Adam to stop the forces of evil that plague Eternia without his Power Sword. Originally aired October 11, 2003.
  11. The Last Stand - He-Man has to battle Skeletor, the Council of Evil, and the Evil Warriors to protect Castle Grayskull. Originally aired October 18, 2003.
  12. To Walk With Dragons - The Heroic Masters must thwart Skeletor's attacking serpinataurs by enlisting the help of vicious red dragons. Originally aired October 25, 2003.
  13. Out of the Past - Teela is drawn to a small village, where she gets further clues about her past. Originally aired November 1, 2003.
  14. Rise of the Snakemen, Part 1 - The Heroic Masters have to battle Skeletor's forces while trying to prevent the dreaded Snake Men from getting free from their ancient prison. Originally aired November 8, 2003.
  15. Rise of the Snakemen, Part 2 - Zodak joins forces with the Heroic Masters of the Universe to prevent the freed Snake Men from taking over Eternia. Originally aired November 15, 2003.
  16. The Price of Deceit - Skeletor seeks to punish Evil-Lyn for betraying him. Originally aired November 22, 2003.
  17. Of Machines and Men - A mysterious force disables all technological power in Eternia, and Randor attempts to save Marlena. Originally aired November 29, 2003.
  18. Second Skin - It's up to the Masters of the Universe to stop King Hiss from using a devastatingly powerful ancient artifact which can transform other beings into Snake Men. Originally aired December 6, 2003.
  19. The Power of Grayskull - The Sorceress tells Prince Adam of the great history behind the power of Grayskull after he is troubled by a strange dream. Originally aired December 13, 2003.
  20. Web of Evil - Webstor creates a spider army that threatens to take over Eternia. Meanwhile, Man-At-Arms has an encounter with his brother, Fisto whom he blames for deserting his post. Originally aired December 20, 2003.
  21. Rattle of the Snake - The Heroic Masters track King Hiss through Subternia to a long-lost Snake Temple, which holds the key to releasing a terrible power, the power to set an ancient evil free from its prison. Originally aired December 27, 2003.
  22. History - In her attempt to overthrow Skeletor, Evil-Lyn allies herself with Count Marzo to free Hordak from Despondos. Originally aired January 3, 2004.
  23. Awaken the Serpent - Using the Medallion of Serpos, King Hiss transforms Snake Mountain into the mighty snake god, Serpos. Originally aired January 10, 2004.
