A Sweltering Eternal Getaway
As repayment for the crew's assistance solving Levin's past few incidents, Yurius sends a letter inviting them to Levin's own hot springs district. During the middle of the conversation, Seofon joins in and suggests the Eternals should tag along as well, hoping they should have at least one meetup that isn't as serious or hectic like before. With no strong objections, the crew accepts the invitation and heads off to Levin.
Tropes
- Breather Episode: Invoked by Seofon. He notes that the last time the Eternals are all united was the events of Seeds of Redemption, which puts their reputation as the strongest crew at risk. Hoping for another meetup that is much more relaxing, he finds one such opportunity through Yurius's invitation to the hot springs district.
- Busman's Holiday: During the middle of the event, a skyskimmer shows up attracting monsters to the district, causing the Eternals to spend the next morning to fend them off.
- Hot Springs Episode: The event takes place in Levin's hot springs district.
- Jerkass Realization: Victor's antagonistic behavior in this event stems from his perception of Yurius being a toxic influence to Audric. After being told about the extent of Yurius's actions to atone for his crimes, he gives up and sabotages his plans to usurp the throne.
- "Shaggy Dog" Story: Seofon, Feower, and the Captain all did a table tennis match with the loser being forced to take the Spartan Plan electric massage. While Seofon loses the match, the plan works best for four people at a time, causing him to drag the other two along as well.
- Mood Whiplash: The first half of the event is mainly about the crew spending their time relaxing. During a middle of a bath, Seox and Yurius notice a suspicious skyskimmer carrying dark essence flying out in the night, causing the Eternals to become prepared for the incoming monsters.
