    Season 1 
  1. "Who Do You Think You Are?": A newlywed couple, Allison and Mike Cooper, had just inherited the once great estate of Button House. Unfortunately, the place is a major fixer-upper and riddled with the ghosts who died near the property. All of whom unwilling to let the couple convert the place into their dream hotel.
  2. "Gorilla War": Allison is in deep denial about how she can see and hear the dead after her near-death experience. The ghosts take advantage of this by driving her crazy to get her to leave the house.
  3. "Happy Death Day": Pat is uncharacteristically glum as his death day and visiting family draws near. Meanwhile, the other ghosts, particularly the Captain and Julian, can't stand the racket the construction workers are making during house renovation, forcing them to put a stop to it.
  4. "Free Pass": "Lights, camera, action!" With money running thin, the couple allows the filming of Life of Bryon, a regency period drama in the Button House. The ghosts have mixed reactions, especially Thomas being driven into despair for his hatred of Lord Bryon and Allison's Celeb Crush on the actor playing him, but there are more daunting matters when the couple withold information about the house's weight limitations.
  5. "Moonah Ston" During a dinner party to woo access rights from the posh neighbors, Allison finds out a secret that causes them to receive the rights gratis. Meanwhile, Robin tells the other ghosts why the Moon is so important to him.
  6. "Getting Out" Allison and Mike receive an offer from a luxury hotel chain and decide to sell Button House, much to the disappointment of the ghosts. But after the builders discover a plague pit beneath the house, the hotel chain withdraws its offer.

    Season 2 
  1. "The Grey lady": Thanks to a hired photographer accidentally taking Fanny's picture and posting it on social media, ghosts hunters began flocking the Button House. The ghosts refuse to be exploited for a quick buck by Allison so she and Mike take it upon themselves to do the haunting.
  2. "About Last Night": It's a race against the clock when Mike and Allison try to clean up the aftermath of their heavy night partying before the wedding planner arrives.
  3. "Redding Weddy": In a Bait-and-Switch, The Captain is holding a letter with the name "William" written on it. As he is thinking of his lieutenant's departure, he tosses it, unopened, into an explosive box which is buried in the back garden. Turns out, it was "William" was the code name for a secret device that was developed for the war.
  4. "The Thomas Thorne Affair": Thomas recounts the tale of his demise to Allison but Robin, Kitty and Mary (the ghosts present at the event) all have different versions of the story.
  5. "Bump in the Night": While Alison is out of the house, two burglars ransack the place while Mike is sleeping. The ghosts try to alert the authorities, but lacking the ability to be seen or heard can be a problem.
  6. "Perfect Day"
  7. "The Ghost of Christmas": Christmas Special, included with Series 2 on iPlayer. Mike's family visits, while Julian is reminded of how he treated his during his lifetime.

    Season 3 
  1. "The Bone Plot": With a documentary crew filming a piece about Sir Humphrey's role in a coup against Queen Elizabeth, the headless noble recounts the true story of his death. Mike and Alison try to use the documentary to advertise their new B&B, but are sidetracked trying to make sure Barclay Beg-Chetwynde doesn't die inside the house and become another ghost.
  2. "A Lot To Take In": Mike gets a new job as an insurance cold-caller, with the Captain and Humphrey trying to offer advice. Meanwhile, Alison meets Lucy, who introduces herself as her half-sister on her father's side. Finally, we flash back to Julian's death, seeing his first day as a ghost
  3. "The Woodworm Men": As the house is being fumigated, Alison and Mike decide to go camping, turning into a competition of who can survive the best.
  4. "I Love Lucy": After a chat with her solicitor, Alison invites Lucy round to try and see how she might affect the ownership of the house. Julian and Robin cause trouble for Mike's new job by interfering with his emails.
  5. "Something To Share?": Alison hosts a therapy session for Kitty, to try and work through her feelings surrounding her sister, and inadvertently causes the other ghosts to have revelations of their own. Mike, tired of feeling left out, attempts a ritual to let him see the Ghosts too.
  6. "Part Of The Family": Alison and Mike decide to help Lucy out financially instead of opening their Gatehouse, but the Ghosts independently realise that Alison's supposed half-sister is not who she seems.
  7. "He Came": Christmas special, included with Series 3 on iPlayer. When a homeless man named Nicholas pitches his tent in Button House's ground, Mike and Alison figure out how to argue over to move him on, while Kitty is convinced he's Santa Claus. A surprisingly sympathetic Fanny reveals more of her backstory.

    Season 4 
  1. "Happy Holiday": Mike and Alison's B&B finally opens, but they worry how to get a 5-star review out a couple seemingly fallen out of love. Julian and Fanny both spy on them hoping to see something saucy.
  2. "Speak as ye choose": Mary reveals how she gained her voice, with the help of a Puritan ghost who used to roam the grounds, Annie. Thomas tries to go cold turkey from his addiction to Alison.
  3. "The Hardest Word": After Alison gives them "the worst telling off they've ever had", the Ghosts debate the best way to apologise (except for Mary, who did nothing wrong). To cheer her up from the stress of the ghosts and the B&M, Mike attempts to give Alison a day off.
  4. "Gone Gone": Mike and Alison try to run a children's party after a mix-up, but things are complicated by Mary passing on, leaving the ghosts and Alison grieving.
  5. "Poached Guests": Barclay Beg-Chetwynde spots a business opportunity which threatens Mike and Alison, sparking all out war between them. Meanwhile, The Captain discovers a ghost named Maddocks at the edge of the house, and the other ghosts decide to try befriending him.
  6. "Not Again": Mike and Alison reach a boiling point over the stress of running the B&B. While Julian aims to prove he is more selfless than people think, a new stuffed bear decoration triggers frightening flashbacks for Robin.
  7. "It's Behind You": Christmas special, included with Series 4 on iPlayer. Alison and Mike prepare to go to Mike's for Christmas Day, leaving behind presents for all the ghosts. In return, the Ghosts try to prepare a pantomime for her, although Pat is left upset by the gift he was given.

    Season 5 
  1. "Fools": With the B&B gone, Mike anxiously strives to fix their finances, but it’s April Fools' Day, and a distracted Alison is out for revenge. The couple receive some life-changing news.
  2. "Home": Mike is feeling intense anxiety about the future. The couple look into selling some land, incensing Lady Button. Can Thomas finally become a published poet?
  3. "Pineapple Day": Alison and Mike invite Barclay to discuss the land sale but are quickly forced to play hardball. Meanwhile, the ghosts become fixated on solving the mystery of Kitty’s death.
  4. "En Francais": Having lost their appetite for Food Club, the ghosts trial some new entertainment inspired by Pat. Disaster strikes as Mike and Alison host an important guest at Button House.
  5. "Carpe Diem": Robin has a revelation that unnerves the ghosts and prompts them to consider their legacies. Alison and Mike decide to have a spontaneous wild night out.
  6. "Last Resort": Mike and Alison receive an incredible offer far beyond their expectations. They must make a decision, the result of which will change their lives forever.
  7. "A Christmas Gift": Christmas special, included with Series 5 on iPlayer. Mike’s mum visits, but her attempts to lend a hand drive Alison and Mike mad. To make matters worse, Betty soon senses something is awry with Button House, but does she know what?
