Melinda is introduced to Dylan’s imaginary friend, who turns out to be a child ghost named Kenny. Now she must help him communicate with his family so they can gain closure before one of them does something they’ll regret.

- Death of a Child: Kenny was killed when he was run over by a train, and now haunts the tracks where he died.
- Misplaced Retribution: Kenny died because his parents were tricked into buying a lemon car that broke down in the middle of a train crossing. Kenny’s father is so angry over this, he goes to the car seller’s house with every intention to shoot him dead.
- Outliving One's Offspring: Your firstborn child is killed because you were swindled into buying a lemon car and it broke down in the middle of train tracks. You tried to get both your kids out of the car before the train came, but your son went back into the car to get a toy, unaware of the danger, and died when the train ran over the car with him in it.
- Woobie of the Week: Little Kenny, who died when a train ran over his family’s broken car with him in it. Now Melinda must help him communicate with his grieving parents and help them get closure before their bitterness over his death lead them to do something terrible.
