The gang wakes up to realize that someone has wiped their memories of the last few days. They suspect Rufus and go on the hunt for him. He denies all involvement with the mind-wipes. A timely call from Emma to Marie reveals the real culprit.

- An Arm and a Leg: Sam rips the arms off a Woods guard and rips one off of another and also shove it down his throat during the Puppet Massacre sequence.
- Anonymous Benefactor: Shetty reveals that someone outside of God U is sponsoring Marie, and apparently they have enough influence that Shetty is comfortable vetoing Cardosa's request to experiment on her.
- Bald of Evil: One of the Woods guards during the Puppet Massacre sequence is bad with a soul patch.
- Casual Kink: Cate and Andre do not appear too surprised to see Maverick being lead around on a leash by an alpaca. Later, Maverick mentions that "Sloane" is mad at him. He glibly shares that he spies others in both the girls' and the boys'. Jordan reacts with a WTF and Maverick warns them not to kink-shame.
- Gag Censor: Whoever posted Emma's video of her partying while gigantic and nude took the trouble of superimposing digital stickers over certain body parts, presumably so it would not be taken down by the platform.
- Good Scars, Evil Scars: One of the Woods guards during the Puppet Massacre sequence has a brooding scar on the left side of his face.
- Half the Man He Used to Be: Sam pulls a Woods guard in half during the Puppet Massacre sequence.
- I Have a Family: The last Woods guard during the Puppet Massacre sequence pleads to Sam not to kill him because he is a single dad with two daughters. Unfortunately for him, it doesn't work.
- Incompatible Orientation: It is ambiguous whether Marie is bothered by the fact that Jordan is sometimes a woman, or whether it is Jordan's own insecurities. It could also be a case of If It's You, It's Okay.
- Instant Humiliation: Just Add YouTube!: Played with and inverted. Emma sees a video on the internet of herself, in giant size and naked, chugging drinks to the cheers of an enthusiastic crowd. But when she returns to the dorm, she finds out that the video has given her cool points and she has for the first time broken into the top 100 in rankings.
- Neck Snap: Sam does this to a Woods guard during the Puppet Massacre sequence.
- Not Me This Time: Rufus tries to explain to them that he isn't responsible for the recent memory wipe and tries to get Dusty to back him up on his alibi. It takes a phone call from Emma and Cate's confession to convince them otherwise.
- Off with His Head!: Sam yanks the head off of a Woods guard during the Puppet Massacre sequence.
- Red Herring: The group suspects Rufus used his psychic powers to wipe their memories. He does use his power to escape when Andre comes for him, but it was Cate who wiped their minds.
- Regretful Traitor: It's obvious that Cate regrets having erased her friends' memories and does not wish to do it anymore.
- The Reveal:
- The one who wiped everybody's memories was Cate, at Shetty's request.
- Dialog between Dr. Cardosa and Shetty in the Woods states that the ultimate goal of the Woods is to create some kind of virus that's capable of infecting and controlling Supes, which would come in very handy for a certain, increasingly unhinged Superman Substitute.
- Dr. Cardosa's attempt to make experiments with Marie is vetoed by Shetty, who reveals someone with influence outside God U is sponsoring her.
- Shout-Out: The sign on the Stardust's Burger Shack reads, "Mmm-mmmm. That IS a tasty burger!"
- Wham Episode: The reveal of Cate being responsible for erasing her friends' memories puts anything she has ever said or done into question, even if she did it under coercion or genuinely thought she was protecting them.
- You Monster!:
- Cate makes Andre remember everything she had made him forget, including Luke's last words. Heartbroken, he calls her "a fucking monster" and walks out.
- There's also an unwarranted example from Emma's mom in that Emma found out she could increase in size after a Noodle Incident at Buster Beaver, and her terrible mother had the nerve to call her a monster and told her never to do it again.
- You Wake Up in a Room: The "room" belongs to a party animal named Dusty. Andre wakes up next to Cate in one bed; Marie and Jordan wake up in another. Emma wakes up in a lounge chair by a pool, still gigantic and naked (with a pool tarp functioning as a Modesty Bedsheet) and with a major hangover.
