Goliath and company arrive at Loch Ness, where they get capsized by a submarine shaped like the mythical Loch Ness Monster. Angela winds up getting captured by Dr. Sevarius, who also has an actual Loch Ness Monster under captivity. During her captivity, Angela learns a startling truth.
Sevarius makes his next appearance in "The Reckoning".

- Cryptid Episode: Featuring an entire group of Loch Ness Monsters, it is only natural.
- Didn't See That Coming: Sevarius had hoped Angela was proof of a new clan based in the area. He is most surprised and disappointed to find she's just part of Goliath's clan.
- Hope Spot: Elisa leaves Bluestone a message of her whereabouts, unfortunately his voice messages are full.
- I Have You Now, My Pretty: Sevarius acts this way towards Angela when she's his captive throughout this episode, playing with her hair when the Xanatos goons first wheel her out on a gurney, and strokes her chin right before he drags her behind his sub as bait.
- Interspecies Friendship: Angela bonds with the captured Loch Ness Monster.
- Irony: Sevarius considers then dismisses the idea that there's an amphibious clan of gargoyles protecting the Loch Ness Monster species, but according to Word of God there actually is one (and they were distressed by Nessie and Big Daddy's disappearances).
- Killed Off for Real: With the exception of Bruno, all of the Xanatos commandos are aboard the submarine when it goes down for good.
- The Reveal: Sevarius confirms what was alluded in Angela's first appearance: she is Goliath's biological daughter.
- Sickeningly Sweet: Anton Sevarius reacts in disgust at Angela and baby Nessie's sappy interactions."If it gets any more saccharine in there, I'm gonna put a finger down my throat."
- Villain: Exit, Stage Right: Sevarius is conspicuously absent, as the submarine goes down, much to the mooks' surprise.
- Wham Line: Delivered by Sevarius to Angela.Sevarius: You not only belong to Goliath's Clan, he's your biological father! You are his very own flesh and stone!
- You Monster!: Angela says this when Sevarius reveals his plan to release Nessie just to follow her to Big Daddy so that he can capture them both and use them to "start a little creature farm".Sevarius: With so much rich genetic material, the array of monsters I'll be able to spawn makes even my mind boggle.
Angela: You're the only monster here!
