Muko and Kalita posing for their gravure session.

Now that Kalita is a Combagal and Muko's new tag team partner, Cookie takes her new Combagal team to meet Ida, the best seamstress in Tendonchi, to get some gravure shots. As Muko and Kalita try to find the perfect outfits, Cookie and Ida have an important talk about Cookie's managing style.

  • A-Cup Angst: Besides her Height Angst already being a Berserk Button throughout the comic, Cookie gets enraged when Ida, who was the same size as her three years ago, outgrew her in height and bust size. Ida even has Cookie touch her breasts for added insult.
  • Amusing Injuries: Cookie impales her face with quills when she tackles Ida. All of the quills are longer than her face, but she takes them out casually in the next panel.
  • Berserk Button: Ida presses all of Cookie's in a few pages. She points out she's despised by the furry fighting community, notices that she's at the top of her career while the squirrel is at the bottom, makes fun of her for remaining short while Ida grew taller three years later, and also points out she has small breasts.
  • Brutal Honesty: Ida doesn't hesitate to point out to Cookie that she's making decisions for her Combagals, that she's a has-been, that she's unloved by the furry fighting community and desperate for validation, and that IDA surpassed her in terms of height and bust size.
  • Call-Back: Ida is Cookie's friend who gave her the maid dress way back in Part 1.
  • Cool Mask: Muko finds a black mask that will become part of her Masked Luchador outfit as seen in the cover of Act 1.
  • Flipping the Bird: Kalita flips off Cookie during the photo session.
  • The Gadfly: Ida loves to mess with Cookie.
  • The Gift: Cookie describes Ida as having a third eye for fashion.
  • Hero-Worshipper: Ida looked up to Temsia and Copymeleon, recognizing them by name and being happy at the possibility of training with them.
  • How the Mighty Have Fallen: Ida taunts Cookie, who is in the middle of a philosophical speech, that she's a has-been at the bottom of her career, eliciting an angry reaction from her.
  • I Just Want to Be Loved: Ida points out to Cookie that the reason that she doesn't want Muko and Kalita to be a Heel team is because she doesn't want to be hated anymore.
  • Jerkass Has a Point: Cookie may have been cruel and selfish, but she was right in that Ida couldn't be a Combagal if her quills hurt her opponents by mistake.
  • Kick the Dog: Even if she was right about Ida's condition, Cookie still crushed her dreams more because she wasn't useful to her rather than to help her with her life.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Three years ago, Cookie destroyed Ida's dream of being a Combagal because she wasn't useful to her. The following year, Cookie destroyed her own career by her poor management of Freydar and the Cyclone Crushers. Now, she's at the bottom of her career asking help from Ida, who's at the top of her career and rubbing it on her face.
  • Mundane Utility: Ida uses her quills as oversized sewing needles for her job.
  • Natural Weapon: As a hedgehog, Ida has oversized quills. However, this is a deconstruction as having quills makes it impossible for Ida to wrestle without hurting her opponent, meaning that she can't wrestle.
  • Nice Girl: Freydar is shown to have been this before Trilamity Day as she tells Ida where to find Cookie.
  • Nightmare Fetishist: Ida, Kalita, and Muko share tastes in clothes that Cookie disapproves because it would make them look like Heel fighters.
  • No Sense of Personal Space: Muko hugs Kalita when Cookie tells them to get close during their gravure pictures.
  • Not So Above It All: Kalita choices an over the top attire as her Combagal attire, complete with shouting the name despite not being as bombastic as Muko or Cookie.
  • Self-Made Woman: Ida became the best seamstress of Tendonchi using her quills and her own imagination.
  • This Is Gonna Suck: Kalita makes this expression when she's told about having to make the gravure pictures with Muko.
  • Unsound Effect: Muko has the word constraint around her while she's repressing her perverted urges around Kalita.
  • Walking Swimsuit Scene: Muko and Kalita wear bikinis as part of their gravure shots. Muko is ecstatic, but Kalita is dismayed.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: Ida calls out Cookie for trying to force Muko and Kalita into being a Face team, pointing out that she's doing it for selfish reasons.
