"Rock the Cradle" is the last episode in the fourth season of Full House.
Becky learns that she's pregnant and tries to tell Jesse the good news.

- Hypocritical Humor: Rebecca tries to tell the Tanner family (sans Jesse) that she has yet to inform Jesse about her pregnancy right as Jesse enters the room, which prompts her to make him leave.Jesse: Are you trying to get rid of me?
Becky: Of course not, now beat it! - Pillow Pregnancy: Toyed with. Rebecca is already pregnant when she puts a pillow under her pajamas.Jesse: Whoa! This baby thing happened a lot faster than I thought!

- Two Scenes, One Dialogue: Becky originally planned to tell Jesse she was pregnant, but chickens out when Jesse excitedly tells her his band is going to be on tour for the summer. As such, the family thinks he's talking about the impending birth of his first child when Jesse gushes about going on tour with his band, like talking about his "natural raw talent" and the fact that he's practiced for years in basements and garages. Hilarity Ensues.
