The Griffins get a nanny for the kids; Peter and Lois get an opportunity to reconnect.

- Lois screaming, "Fuck!" when she and Peter are in the cabin together.
- Lois tells Peter "I'd sooner fuck him!" on the DVD version. On the TV version, "fuck" is replaced with "bang".
- Peter flipping Lois off has his middle finger blurred on the TV version.

- Brother–Sister Incest: Natalia runs in on Meg and Chris playing Doctor and about to kiss to romantic music.Natalia: No kissing. Under bed.
- Cool Old Lady: Natalia is up there in years, yet she's able to fight off a bunch of assassins and protect Stewie.
- Dead Sparks: Despite enjoying their rekindled romance at first, it doesn't take long before Peter and Lois start bickering and nearly leave each other at the end of their trip, and only decide not to for the sake of their children.
- External Combustion: A Cutaway Gag has Mickey Mouse plant a bomb in Fievel Mousekewitz's car.
- Hyperaffixation: Cleveland has dibs on all crazy things while Peter's away and reveals his own signature helicopter.Cleveland: To the Cleveland-copter! [hops in and starts flying] The mustache obscures my view! [screams and crashes]
- Mama Bear: Natalia is very protective of the kids, managing to fight back against Belarusian agents sent to kill her and still keep them (especially Stewie) unharmed.Natalia: (while under heavy fire) Natalia save baby.
- No Accounting for Taste: After the novelty wears off and with no distractions, Peter and Lois barely seem to be able to stand being around each other and nearly split up due to their constant fighting.
- Ninja Maid: While technically a nanny and not a maid, Natalia's still a very competent fighter and is even skilled to elude enemies while trying to rush Stewie to safety.
- Noodle Incident: According to Natalia, she made enemies in Belarus but it's not said what happened.
- One-Man Army: Natalia, of course. She kills at least five assassins without missing a beat.
- Parenting the Husband: As Babs puts it, Lois has to look after four children (the fourth being Peter), which is why she hired a nanny in the first place.
